    Double Front entry doors and side lights

    From the first appt the office and the sales person mixed up the appts and she didn’t show up until I called the office to find out where she was. I asked Aimee (my sales rep) to send me to either showroom or any house with with the colour “COMMERCIAL BROWN’ as the small sample had a green tinge. I got the run around…she never did come through. She kept sending me photos of the completely wrong colour doors which made it more confusing. I repeatedly called the rep for an address with no success! I left a message with the area manager and he NEVER DID RETURN MY CALL. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND NORDIK TO ANYONE!!!!!

    Windows Replacement

    Laura, our sales rep was simply awesome. She was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and yet professional. Laura was simply awesome! She was knowledgeable, polite and yet professional. Very patient in explaining the entire process as well as highlighting the benefits of using Nordik's windows. She responded promptly afterwards by email and telephone to our additional questions and concerns. We felt that she wanted our business and did her best to offer us a reasonable price. Laura's approach and demeanor were key factors in our quick decision to retain Nordik for our window replacement project.

    window replacement

    Alex and his crew were awesome. They were prompt and did the job with a professional manner and cleaned up after the job was complete. I am so glad we went with Nordik. We love our new windows.

    Windows

    Interior and exterior work was very poor on original installation in May. Thought I was having a service call on Friday the 16th and was advised by the service/installer that he is only doing the outside work I’m at the interior. I have left two voicemails and have not heard back in regards to the service work inside. Two screens need to be replaced and some vinyl on the interior side of the windows. So far I’ve been very unhappy with the service and product. The installer on Friday did a great job. He was also embarrassed from the work that was done at the original install. Please get back to me as soon as possible as I would like this figured out. I am frustrated with having to follow up constantly to get answers. Thank you for your time, Becky Wood 905-801-5609

    Patio Door

    I signed contract to replace patio door in May 2020. Expectation was to have it installed within 8 weeks. I did not hear any update on installation date. I called few times and the response was "we have no ETA". After a long wait, I was called for an installation date of Nov 2020, which I declined due to weather so I asked to schedule installation for early spring 2021. When they finally arrived to install, we discovered color of mini blinds do not match the order. They took back the door and replaced mini blinds at their own warehouse. Came back for installation in May 2021. Overall, it took them a long time to get the door and still managed to get wrong colour. Their customer service should be improved with actual ETA. However, their installation team was fantastic. They did great job installing the door. Thank you!!

    Poor Customer Service for Second Floor Windows

    We contracted Nordik a second time to replace our second floor windows. The first experience last year for the first floor was great. The experience this year has been absolutely horrible and atrocious with respective to the lack of customer service. First installation date was cancelled on the same day of the scheduled installation as they could not "find" our windows after we spent the entire weekend moving/prepping. We requested to rescheduled 6 weeks later for installation to give them time to finish fabricating our windows only to find on the date of the installation "one" window missing from the list/truck. They had to return a third time 4 days later (note: post installation we had a missing window crank and broken screen that was to be resolved via their service department...still waiting). The third visit still had missing trim on the remaining window so they could not finish the job. Almost 1 month later after multiple calls to them by my husband and leaving messages with multiple people (Annette/Anne/others) no one returns his calls and we still have unfinished windows/missing items to be replaced. We are extremely unhappy and frustrated with this entire experience and definitely will not be recommending their services. I am writing this review to see if this prompts a response from the company to resolve their unfinished contractual obligations.

    Front entry door

    Although the wait was long due to the pandemic, we are extremely pleased with the quality of the product and the installation. Very proud of the great curb appeal the door has provided.

    Windows and Patio Door

    Wrong measurements of windows. 3 times postponed installation. Company never bothers to call you if they are late. Unfinished work in kitchen windows that they forgot and had no idea when to complete. Poor customer service. The representative with whom we placed order never answered the calls or call you back. Once they get your money they don’t care.

    Window and doors

    A long wait due to covid, waiting for doors to be installed. Product and window installation is very good. On time and friendly guys. Quite expensive but great flexibility with discount.

    sliding door

    We are very pleased with service and clean up following the installation of our new patio sliding door. The team was very professional and arrived on time. We will not hesitate to recommend Nordik to our friends.
