quick service, guys were really good at installing but they didn't clean outside of window (2nd story) and we noticed what looked like scratch marks. Book service guy to check it out but turns out was only scuff marks that would have been removed if cleaned after install. Overall service was good. Would recommend.

i had a replacement door sash needed due to peeling. while it took AGES for the part to arrive, that was not the fault of the company due to covid and supply problems. i was contacted immediately when the part arrived and Daniel installed it very competently and professionally! everything worked out well and it was worth waiting for. even though the company was under new ownership now, my issue was resolved under warranty without any issues. yay!

We replaced all windows in our home as they were the original windows from ~1959. Nordik windows and Doors was completely professional and able to work with our budget/project constraints. I would recommend them to anyone!

Had a couple of windows replaced in our house, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept us informed on production and delivery and were very flexible on time of delivery. Highly recommend them.

I selected Nordik Windows & Doors to replace a dozen of windows and a patio door because the quality, price & warranty. I can say that I never had to call them to check on progress of my order. I received either timely emails or calls with information and dates for re-measuring and installation appointments and they delivered pretty close to the timelines described by Art, the sales rep in our case. Only reason I did not score 5/5 is because the patio door did not make it at the same time with the windows so I had to get the installation team for a second visit, which was not ideal. But they called me to re-schedule as soon as possible. Installation crew on both occasions were on time, professional and cleaned up after the job was completed. It was a good experience. I still have a few windows to replace, and will contract them again for sure.

We ordered 4 windows, one of them was sized incorrectly. The installers were extremely courteous and professional, notifying us of the defect immediately. We are confident that the defective window will be replaced with the same professionalism and dedication.

They were very efficient and courteous about installing. They brought drop sheets and made sure it was so tidy before leaving. Showed us how each window opened, and if we were happy. It’s our first house and I’m so happy with their service. We recommend them to anyone who asks. Thanks!

Mihrab and Niko were fast and efficient the only worry is they put in the garage doors wrong way wrong side but I just had a bad femur break and surgery and could not deal with that so I am not sure if it is good or bad maybe Laura can come by for a visit to review
