    At first, very responsive and "fixed" the fridge quickly. However when the fix failed a few days later, we reached out more than once to have him return since the part was apparently under warranty, and we were just told repeatedly that we'd be contacted the next day, but we never were. We ended up having to eat the cost of this failed repair and hire someone else to actually fix our fridge before it died completely. Disappointing.

    Desmond was excellent!!! Very responsive and well priced. Diagnosed the issue with my dryer right away and fixed it. Same with my fridge. Highly recommend!!
