    Desmond was professional and provided good service. His clear communication and quick Response was helpful. He was able to find the issue with my washer quickly and solved the problem within reasonable time.

    Repair household appliance: Oven / microwave
    Desmond was really responsive, even offering to come repair the oven that evening right after we spoke. We appreciated the sense of urgency but elected to wait for the following day. During the diagnostic visit he was courteous and straightforward about what was wrong (and thanks for wearing boot covers in the house). The following day he brought the part needed (an element) and quickly repaired the oven, but it turned out the surge we had also fried the relay board. Today Desmond rushed to grab that part so we could get our oven back in service, coming back the same day to install. Everything was explained and the price above the cost of parts was very reasonable to us. We really appreciated the quick and personable service from someone who clearly takes pride in providing a great service.

    My GE refrigerator was 20 years old and a major part had failed. GE no longer made the part. Desmond took all afternoon driving all over Mississauga and Toronto to find a distributor that had the part. Fortunately, the fourth distributor had one. and my fridge was repaired I have never had such great service.

    Washing Machine Repair

    I required two repairs on my stacked washing machine dryer, the washing machine was squeaking and it was dripping from the top when not in use. Desmond was prompt in his response and came when he said he would to do the initial consultation. He was able to locate the parts through a distributor that had them in stock and when he returned with the parts required for the repairs he was running late, but did call me to let me know when he would be coming a bit later, which was appreciated. He was polite and left the laundry room tidy, even grabbing a broom to sweep it.

    Dryer repair

    Desmond got in touch within two minutes of my request to fix my dryer and had it fixed with 12 hours. Great friendly and professional service.

    Washer repair

    Desmond from Smart Fix is professional, friendly, and extremely responsive. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issues, got the parts, and had it up and running in just a couple of hours - on Christmas Eve. We’ve found our new repair guy.

    Dryer Repair

    Quick response and same day service to fix our dryer. Desmond deduced what the problem was right away and serviced it promptly. He made sure it was in the same working condition as before and that we were satisfied before he left. Price and service were on point. Desmond is an honest professional. Would recommend.

    Fixing our washer

    Desmond was AMAZING. His message response time is immediate, he arrived when he said he would (this never happens with repair professionals), he respected our home by wearing shoe covers, and he went above and beyond when explaining the issues with our washer and the solutions. We are grateful for his professionalism, expertise, and awesomeness! We highly recommend him.

    Dryer repair

    The guys from Smart fix came the same day (Sunday night) to fix my dryer. They needed a part and came back the next night and fixed the issue. They were very professional, on time, no hidden costs and figured out a way around my unique dryer set up. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone in need of any repair.
