    Clothes Washer Repair

    Fantastic service! Tech was timely, professional and very knowledgable. Water was not draining from my washing machine and he was able to diagnose and fix during the same visit. The fix required replacing the drain pump on my stacked washer/dryer which was in a very small closet in my condo unit. He was very friendly and had a great attitude throughout the entire process and explained everything to me. Very satisfied with the workmanship as it works like new now! Will definitely recommend and will be going back to ARNI for any future repairs.

    Fridge repair

    Tech arrived on time and diagnosed the problem in timely manner. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable, he gave me estimate with a few options of repair and could repair the part instead of replacing it. Thank you Arni for a good service.

    Dishwasher repair

    Fabulous one day service. I had a leak in my dishwasher and called Arnie at 10 am. He was at my house by 11 am, determined I needed a sump pump, left to pick it up, and was back the same day to do the repair. Polite, professional, efficient, just gets the job done. Will definitely use him again and again. Dorey

    Positive experience and will use again!

    I had an issue with our Kitchen Aid Superba condenser oven cutting out. The unit is at least fifteen years old, but worth investigating for repair since I believe it to be a quality product. I dealt with another local company on previous appliance repair matters but they were unavailable so I sourced out ARNI. They indicated that they could visit in just two business days from my date of request. There was some trepidation in using a new service, especially in an industry where customer exploitation is quite common. My concerns were quickly alleviated when Evgeny arrived right on time, politely introduced himself, put covers on his shoes and immediately went into the kitchen and checked out the range to observe any easy to access issues that may be a problem. After thoroughly reviewing the situation, it was established that i would need a couple of vital parts. After a couple of calls, he determined that one part was not available and only available used on E-Bay. The other part was available but quite expensive. He walked me through the math and it was easy to determine that repairing the unit was not an economically viable option. He was at my house for well over an hour and I was only on the hook for the initial visit cost of $80. I found this representative to be fair, reasonable and extremely informative. He answered all my questions and even suggested replacement models to buy, based on features, reputation and parts availability. He was a territic guy. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

    Great service!

    Evgeny from Arni Services was fantastic! He was able to come quickly and help us fix a fridge and two dishwashers. He took his time, no rushing and solved our problems. He was friendly and hard working. We will definitely use Arni services again if we need to!

    Repair of electronic panel on oven

    The service person was early at the site, polite and efficient. The service person explained what he was doing and why and kept me informed during the repair. He required a further part which he was able to organize and pick up immediately to come back and complete the job.

    Microwave/Oven Combination Repair

    We have a KitchenAid microwave/oven combo and out of nowhere the microwave turntable motor started running when the microwave wasn't on. We tried going through KitchenAid first, but the company they put us in touch with quoted $500 for the repair without even having a service technician speak to me on the phone (much less actually come to my house to diagnose the issue). I called Evgeny at Arni because of the good reviews just to get a second opinion. Even though I wasn't initially calling to schedule service with them, he took 15 minutes out of his day to discuss the issue and provide his thoughts as well as the actual cost of the repair that had been quoted by the other company. I was so impressed just with that call that I booked them to do the repair. Benny and Evgeny came to my house right at the scheduled time with a bunch of parts already ordered. They spent the entire day, from 10-6, trying everything they could do to repair the issue, going above and beyond and making every effort to fix our appliance. Ultimately nothing that they tried on the first day worked, so they didn't charge any labour for the entire day's work, and booked an appointment to come back after hours (to accommodate my work schedule) a few days later. When they came back, they managed to figure out what the issue had been after all and now we are celebrating not having to replace a very expensive unit! I was blown away by the dedication of these guys to figuring out what the heck was going on with our microwave/oven combo and by the upfront honesty with pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend Arni Appliance Repair to anybody needing appliance repair. It is so hard to find good and honest contractors, and these guys are truly one in a million.     Fridge repair

    Technician appointment was booked quickly. He had the part with him once he arrived. Quickly fixed and kept me in the loop as he investigated the reason for the issue.

    Refrigerator repair

    The best appliance service I’ve ever got! Arni came on the same day that I called and access the problem immediately and gave me the best honest solution and fixed right on the spot. He already knew what part we needed based on the phone conversation and brought it with him, what a timesaver!! Also, he worked in a most professional manner and gave us lots of valuable advice.
