    Appliance repair

    We needed fridge repair and some stove fixes. It was done well and quickly. Will call them again and refer them to friends and family if the opportunity comes up

    broken fridge

    LG fridge doesn't cool enough spoked with Evgeniy he asked me details he did few tests with the fridge and saved me lots of $$$. Other guys wants to charge me over $900!! Evgen u deserve the Best! Sincerely, Vladimir 416.201.1930

    Fridge Repair

    Had a Samsung fridge with french doors that was not closing properly and also had poor pressure from the water dispenser. Evgeni diagnosed the problem, repaired it and explained to me the exact issue. Evgeni was straightforward and professional. I would not hesitate to call him again for any future issues.

    Fridge and Freezer were not cooling down

    Arni came all the way from east end to west end to resolve our refrigerator problem. I found him very knowledgeable, dedicated and reasonable technician and a Person. Thanks Arni and Home stars. TJ

    Perfectionist

    Kitchenaid refrigerator needed a new gasket and wasn’t cooling properly. Arni was upfront about cost of parts and of labour. Drove out of his way to pick up the parts. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He did a thorough diagnostic. He is a thoughtful technician who takes price in his work and takes the time to explain everything he is doing and does it until it is perfect. 100% recommend!!

    Water sitting in the fridge

    Our 10 year Kitchenaid fridge has been having water sitting under the bottom drawer of the fridge. ARNI appliance responded to our job request on Homestars within 5 minutes. Over the phone, I was told the possible causes of the problem and right away a reasonable quotation was made. Owner of ARNI arrived within 30 minutes. He is knowledgeable, experienced and patient in diagnosis the problem. Due to the design of my fridge, he could only fix from the limited access points and managed to remove several blockages within the fridge defrost drain. He even managed to unclog the freezer defrost drain as an courtesy preventative measure. Overall we like the service and the quality of the knowledge he owns.

    Did a good job

    My gas oven stopped working and the appliance is almost twenty years old. They're quite expensive, apparently. Google said an igniter might be the issue. I did a search for local repairs and up popped this company. I called on a Thursday. The person answering said there should be a third party solution but he would need to do some research. We scheduled for Monday. On Monday Evgeny showed up, a bit close to the end of the time window I'd said (4:30) but he's a one man show, and he got busy and everything was done in half an hour or so. Very friendly, said he used to work for Whirlpool. The oven is working beautifully. A good job.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Our dishwasher wasn't draining and I thought it might be the pump or the hose. I posted on Homestars and within 10 minutes Evgeny called, provided a rough estimate upon request. He arrived within 40 minutes and was a true professional. He took time to diagnose and explain the issue and we could pay visa easily as he was equipped with the appropriate tech. I received an invoice and there is also a 90 warranty on his work. He was knowledgable and I would definitely call him again for work on other appliances.

    Excellent Repair Service

    I had problems with the washer leaking and the dryer not having heat. The technician from Arni Services did a through diagnostic and explained the root cause of the problems. This company is truly honest and trustworthy. I don’t hesitate to call them again for future repairs. Johanny from Hamilton, ON

    Fridge installation

    I needed someone urgently to help with the installation of a new fridge. The timing was important for a couple of reasons. Evgeny accommodated me and came as soon as he could . Before he arrived I cancelled him as I thought we were going to manage on our own . When I realised my error I called him again and asked him not to cancel. He very goodnaturedly obliged! He then proceeded to change various attachments on the water line as they did not fit with the metal input pipe and were of a suitable quality . I appreciate both his helpfulness and expertise.
