    Fix/replace built-in Bosch microwave/oven

    My built-in Bosch microwave stopped working. Evgheni came twice and tried to properly diagnose the problem and fix it. He was honest, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Although he couldve fix it, he was honest in suggesting to buy a new one instead because it would be cheaper. He then cut his mini-vacation short to come and install the new appliance. And, he used a lot of creativity to perfectly fit the new appliance in the old space (the new one is a different model). Evgheni is a true professional with high integrity and he is extremely good at what he does.

    Hood Install

    Yevgeny was great, very straight forward about the costs and there were no surprises. He was very clear on what he was doing at all times, and explained as he was working. Did a great job with the install, and we're extremely happy with the work and the time taken to make things perfect. Thank you Yevgeny!

    Washer repair

    Our washer wasnt draining and the door was locked so I couldnt get the clothes out. Seeing as the washer was 14 years old I thought I would need a new washer and because it was stacked with the dryer I thought we would need a new dryer. The company responded quickly. The tech arrived on time and quickly solved our problem, always looking for the most economical solution. He also showed us that even if we needed a new washer we would not need a new dryer as long as we stayed with the same manufacturer. He also showed me how to remove the soap dispenser so I could clean it. I cannot say enough how grateful I am. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs. From the knowledge shown I am sure that they could repair any appliance.

    Very Happy Repeat Customer

    I first called just ARNI over two years ago for issues with my f/l washer (you can see my original review - 10/10) So when I had an issue with my fridge - who did I call? The individual who was so amazing with my washing machine. And - repeat performance with my Fridge. Professional, timely, thorough - not sure there is enough room for all the positive things I could say. Thank you again for the quality and care and now my 'go to' for any appliance repairs.     Appliance installation

    Arni is the best Ive ever dealt with. Great communication, attention to detail, and went above and beyond of what I could expect. He is genuinely interested in delivering the best quality of work. Highly recommended and will for sure work with him again in the future.

    Fast service--pragmatic advice

    All too common scenario waking up to find everything was warm in the fridge. Very fast call back from ARNI and was given and appointment booking the next morning. Pasha arrived on-time the next morning and very quickly was able to diagnose the problem. After looking up parts prices his recommendation as not attempt a repair. He explained the parts prices combined with the fact there was rusting all the way through internal panels would be a very expensive repair that would work for a questionable duration. He also recommended brands to buy and stay away from given parts prices, availability of parts and quality. We really appreciated Pasha's frank recommendation that yes cost ARNI business in the short term but would cost us a lot more in the long term. As a result, ARNI is our go to appliance repair company now after our previous stopped serving our area and will make more money from us in the long term.

    Bosch Dishwasher Installation

    I needed to get me new Bosch dishwasher installed. ARNI came responded right away and I set up an appointment quickly. The tech came right on time and was able to remove my old dishwasher and setup my new one really quickly. He was really good - explained everything and made sure to keep the area clean. Highly recommended.

    Great service

    They were quick to respond. Came when they said they would and honest, knowledgeable, and professional with their advice and service. Worth every penny of their call out fee.

    Miele Dishwasher Repair and Faucet Replacement

    This is the third time I have called ARINI to repair an appliance and had a great experience with them, as usual. I had two issues that they took care of this time - water leaking from my Miele dishwasher hose and water leaking from my kitchen faucet. Pasha was very accommodating with my schedule and always showed up on time. He was very friendly and always found a solution - his knowledge and expertise was especially helpful as my appliance and faucet had non-standard parts. Very happy with the workmanship and highly recommend them for any appliance repair.
