We booked Rid Of It based on customer reviews and they did not disappoint - they were exceptional The customer service and communication with Deborah was flawless. Deborah called to remind of the visit a day before, and to confirm my appointment time. The team also called and texted before their arrival. I chose RID-OF-IT because of good reviews from HomeStars (this was my first time trying their service), and indeed they didn't disappoint me. Deborah was so friendly who answered all my questions, did the scheduling and all follow up. Both Kevin and Everton had done a good job, friendly and efficient. In a little more than an hour, they finished with 1 and 1/4 truck loads. Amazing on using the space in the truck to fit all furniture. I definitely recommend RID-OF-IT to anyone who is currently searching for cleaning up their garbage, search no more.... BTW I like the cartoon on the side of the truck, very outstanding and people will remember it.Answer from pro:

What a smooth, great experience. I booked 1 800 Rid Of It based on customer reviews and they did not disappoint!!! I called to arrange my visit, but you can also get a quote online. The customer service and communication was flawless. Deborah called to remind of the visit a day before, and to confirm my appointment time. The team also called and texted before their arrival. Will and Ivan did such a good job navigating a tight staircase and small basement. Everything was very smooth and efficient. And much more economical compared to other companies that I've used. Couldnt be happier with the quick and helpful phone response from Deb (I think), and the service from Will and Ivan. We had a sectional couch removed from a small Toronto semi- detached basement. We got it in years ago and they manipulated it out yesterday. They texted in advance, got here when they said, were polite and professional. Thanks to all of you.Answer from pro:

I was very happy with how smoothly and efficiently it was to have my old washing machine removed. I was concerned about getting it up this very steep staircase that I have coming down to my basement, but this move was handled so smoothly and efficiently. Great customer service as well! So easy to arrange and so quick to get it done. The lads were pleasant to work with, very quick to understand the scope of work and thorough. The follow up from the office to ensure that all went well was much appreciated. One thing that really does help to is to get oneself organized - go through your stuff first and gather the items to be disposed of.
