    Furniture puck up

    I arranged for a furniture pickup for donation- Deborah was quick to call and confirm my details from online and began to setup pickup- Deborah is extremely friendly and helpful- She called me the day before to confirm- Everton and Vadim were very respectful and friendly- the job was very quick and done professionally and efficiently. Great company to deal with and good price!

    Clearing an Aprtment.

    A great team of people . Kevin and Everton did a fine job . I was in contact with them throughout the clearing. Deborah , who arranges the appointments is very professional and a nice person to deal with.

    Flooding Damage Clean Out

    We found ourselves with a number of damaged items following a basement flood. Saw the positive reviews that 1 800 Rid of It had on HomeStars and knew they were the firm to call to help with the clean up. Deborah was a pleasure to deal with to set up the appointment. She also followed up to reconfirm the booking and check in after the pick up to ensure it went well. Will and Vadim did a great job with the clean out. They arrived on time and were quick and efficient and pleasant to boot! As our clean out continues, we'll be calling them again for another opportunity to get 'rid of it'!

    Hoarding situation complete clearout

    The entire experience was TOP NOTCH from beginning to end. From our initial phone call with Rick, to many conversations with the polite, knowledegable and professional Deborah, our task was made absolutely painless. What initially seemed an overwhelming and impossible task was made troublefree from the time Everton and Vadim gave us an estimate to the final clearout. The top off was when we got the final bill and saw that the last load was a partial load, and they charged accordinglly! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using 1-800-RID-OF-IT for any of your removal needs. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to have Rick, Deborah, Everton and Vadim serving you!

    Rid It Makes it Easy

    Super professional top-to-bottom! They confirm your appointment by phone. Follow up afterward by phone. Show up on time. Are courteous and quick. Deborah even helped work around my schedule to ensure I could change my appointment time at the last minute to a time more convenient for me! I've used Rid It multiple times to help clear out my aging mother's house. There's lots of similar services out there, but there's no need to use any of the others because Rid It does the job with zero hassles at a fair price.

    Tree brush removal

    Rick was great in responding so quickly and when I sent him a photo of the job..his response was quick and the quote was reasonable. Also they were there the next day and on time. Job done to my satisfaction. Also Deborah from the office took care of my payment and was very helpful in letting me know that the crew was on their way. Great job!!

    Fast response - job done

    We needed to clear our garage quickly. We used 1-800 RID OF IT's website, on Saturday evening, to schedule a pickup for Sunday morning the next day. 1-800 RID OF IT responded by early Sunday morning confirming our pickup window. Our pickup was completed swiftly and efficiently. We'll certainly use 1-800 RID OF IT again.

    Furniture removal

    Vadim and his partner did an excellent job in removing the furniture. They showed great care and high efficiency. I am very please with their work. I Will definitely recommend them to anyone who requires removal services.
