Our dealings with Rid of It restored our faith in great service. From my phone call to book the pick-up, to Tim and Mat who not only arrived right on schedule, it couldn't have been easier or more reasonable ! Not only did they make quick work of our job, they were nice to deal with as well as careful and tidy in the process. This service experience really couldn't have been better.

Removing debris
They came twice to remove two different things. First at the beginning of summer to remove patio stone debris, big slabs of concrete, etc. They removed it efficiently and did exactly what they said they would. They were service oriented. One time I phoned and they came the same day. Very polite, super good guys, really nice and locally owned and operated; it comes through. I have already recommended them to other people.

Junk Removal
These guys are amazing! What started as a quick purge of a few items quickly grew into an afternoon of cleaning out the garage. Four hours later we had a large pile of random junk that we were anxious to get rid of. After reading the fantastic reviews on Homestars, I called 1-800-Rid-Of-It at 5:00 pm. They arrived promptly at 10 am the next day to haul it all away. Within 15 minutes it was all gone. They were pleasant and professional. I was very happy with the cost - extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

Junk Removal
Tim and Tom arrived at the very end of the given 3 hour window and spent the next 3-4 hours hauling construction and gardening junk out our of hard to reach courtyard. It is accessible only by ramps and is very hidden. Both were very polite, and did a great job cleaning up. The mound never seemed like it would be gone! Rid-Of-It really took a huge burden from us and we are very grateful. We would hire them again and highly recommend their service.

Garbage Removal
I called the company at 4 o'clock one afternoon as I was cleaning out my garage. Despite not knowing how much I had, they gave me an approximate idea of how much it would cost, which was fairly close to the final cost. Their price was very fair. They agreed to come between 7 and 8 a.m. the next morning and came at 7;30 with unnecessary apologies that they were not there earlier.. The fellows on the truck were very courteous, thorough and left me a clean driveway. They checked with me carefully about items that were to go and stay. Great, friendly, punctual service.

removal of junk in garage
Tim and Mike came and were very polite, personable, helpful and professional. They did the job quickly and efficiently and were great to deal with. Next time I need to get rid of junk, I will definitely use rid of it.

furniture removal
Paul and Mike are two enthusiastic guys! Called prior to arriving, showed up on time, dismantled an enormous, heavy wall unit with gusto and swept the storage unit clean before leaving. I have always highly recommended this company....When you call, Rick answers!!
