    Great people! Awesome service!

    Debra, Kevin and Andrew gave stellar service throughout the experience, from the initial call to the last follow up call after the items were removed. The team was vary courteous and understanding. The removal process was easy and quickly done

    Junk Removal

    Kevin and Andrew arrived when they said they would and were very quick getting everything out of the house. Debra was so nice to work with and called the next day to check too see if everything was ok. Great team to work with.

    Renovating house so clearing it out

    I called the office because it was the closest removal company to location. Deborah Aello was a delight to work with. She explained everything in an non complex way and was very personable and projected confidence and knowledge. Our appointment was on Monday, she called to confirm and touch base at the end of the day on Friday. She has great follow through. Michal Pacer kept me up to date on calls to let us know his timing, he was caught in traffic. They actually were able to arrive only a few minutes late but Mihal kept me aware of his location until he arrived. Both Michal Parker and Andrew White were fast and efficient. It took them less then 30 minutes to clear out our refuse. They were polite and light hearted, even though they were probably frustrated at being stuck in traffic, they didn't show it, or complain. It was a nice change of pace to get excellent customer service these days

    House Cleanup

    This was a total house emptying that took 3 truck loads to remove everything from the premises. The guys were excellent. They were careful not to damage walls that were freshly painted. The staff were efficient and conducted themselves with a high degree of professionalism. It did not hurt that they had a good sense of humour as well. Well done and thank you.

    Junk Pickup

    Always prompt and courteous service. The work team is always pleasant, removal is quick and they clean-up after. Always reliable and cost effective!

    Junk Removal

    Excellent service end-to-end! Deborah was great at scheduling, providing an accurate estimate, and following up. The onsite team (Kevin and Andrew) were professional, quick and courteous. I was notified prior to my appointment letting me know the team was on their way and their approx. arrival time. Not all companies are this diligent in keeping the customer informed. All in all, a very honest and professional company that I would highly recommend for any junk removal jobs.

    Clearing out a home

    I was tasked with clearing out my late sister's bungalow, which contained 50 years of stuff. She never threw anything out! I managed to give much of it to charity, but there was still a mass of cardboard boxes, papers, and just junk. Get Rid Of It was the answer. Deborah, the administrator, was exceptionally helpful in explaining what would or could happen depending on various choices of mine. On the appointed day, Andrew and Mike arrived on time, cheerful and courteous, and cleared everything out quickly and efficiently. I am very grateful to all three of them.

    Junk removal service

    I highly recommend 1-800-Get-Rid-Of-It.... Extremely professional service from early stages while booking with Deborah... to the actual removal process with Kevin and Michal. The guys arrived on time and did a quick and efficient removal of all the stuff. They are all a super friendly, professional bunch and a joy to interact with. I would use them again in a minute.
