    Trash Removal

    I've been working with Rid-Of-It for years to help my clients prepare their homes for sale. Along with trash removal, they have helped me and my clients move items within the home. It's a physically demanding job yet the crew are consistently polite, helpful and efficient. Deborah has a lovely telephone manner and addressed a few concerns I had expressed in advance - she even followed up with a phone call afterwards to ensure all went well. Yesterday Kevin and Michael delivered service, above the expected level. Reasonably priced service, Rid-Of-It does not dissappoint.

    To remove my couch and cushions, vacuum cleaner

    Hi, This company is saving me in throwing funiture out where I cannot ask the city they do not remove furniture etc off the sidewalk anymore. Thank you Get rid of it

    Thank you Mike and Tim So very Much.

    I had really tough day the day before Tim and Mike came to remove very old and heavy crt TV. They gave me precise and accurate call that their on there way. Although I happened to not to be accurate with the address. They sorted out out with me and they were very chill about it. It was early in the morning and their service made for the first time get real grasp of the phrase made my day. Thank you Mike And tank you Tim you can’t really believe how I am appreciative for your service.

    Pick up of old appliances

    Tim and Mike showed up promptly and handled the removal quickly. On time and on budget, happy with the results.

    Junk Removal

    I had a chair and desk removed and the entire process was so easy, smooth and pleasant. Deborah dealt with the booking process quickly and efficiently. While Kevin and Andrew were friendly, professional and gave a very fair quote. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

    house clean out

    I had some pretty messy area in my basement and my garden shed and they approached them with cheerfulness! They were very efficient in the sequence on which they did the removal. Tim, Michal and Deborah were Very friendly but knowledgeable.

    Reliable and professional

    There’s a lot of junk to wade through when you’re trying to get rid of junk. Fortunately, we saw the reviews for 1-800-RID OF IT. The booking process was smooth and easy. Communication was excellent. The crew arrived on time. Payment was fast and easy as well. We will call them again. We already have more junk to haul away.

    Condo junk removal

    We had a great experience with 1-800-Rid-Of-It. We ended up having them come twice within the span of a week. Both times they arrived within the time window (about half an hour after the start of the window) and called me when they were on their way. The first time I had to send them back because the service elevator in my building had broken. Deborah, who manages the appointments, was super helpful and nice about it. She gave us lots of different times on short notice, and was very patient as we tried to figured out what would work for us given that this was all last minute. The second time around things worked out perfectly. Kevin and Andrew, the moving crew, were great. They were nice and worked really fast. They started by giving us an estimate of somewhere in between a quarter and 1/3 of a truck, which was what we had been told by Deborah as the preliminary quote. We had been worried about moving out a large 9 foot couch, but it wasn't an issue at all and they even brought a saw to cut it apart if it was (it does cost extra if they actually have to use the saw). In the end, the junk took up a third of the truck, but they gave us a 10% discount because it was really easy to move.

    Fast and efficient junk removal done at a very fair cost. I booked an appointment within 24 hours, so they were very responsive!
