    Terrible experience, do not use this company

    I received a quote on the phone, and the actual amount charged was 4x the quoted amount. They did not give us a quote on arrival, nor did they give us any option to remove our items from the truck. Customer service was extremely poor, and they would not do anything about the discrepancy between the quote and the price. The owner laughed at me when I explained what happened and said in no uncertain terms that there was nothing he would do. This company is not to be trusted. My previous experiences with Toronto waste removal companies were all much better and I will never use this company again.

    AMAZING :)

    I can't sing their praises loud enough! After a gruelling renovation experience, Mat and Anjay came and were incredibly hard working and helpful clearing away leftover garbage and debris from my Reno. Even tough items to clear they need hesitated to or slowed down. They came up with solutions at every turn to remove all items and then some! Best garbage removal I've ever used. Will certainly be calling them again! Thanks again guys!

    Junk Removal

    I have used this company a couple of years ago. I booked them again twice on March 4th,2021, and March 8th,2021 to remove junk from my house.I will use them again. They called me before they arrived and were at my location before schedule. And called me after they reached the location. Kevin & Andrew helped me on March 4th and Mathew & Andrew helped me on March 8th. Kevin, Andrew and Mathew are very experienced, hardworking, professional and very careful with moving stuff out of my house. Some of the furniture was challanging and they managed it very well. They work very fast and efficient and had good coordination. They knew exactly what I wanted after just explaining once. But alway's asked if they were in doubt. Great Company. I would highly recommend this company

    Found them online and they were awesome

    I found Rid-of-it online and they did an amazing job getting rid of everything I needed gone. They showed up on time, did all the work (including removing everything from some kitchen cabinets) and charged me less than I expected. Great job guys!

    Removal of large items

    The service was great, the guys were great. They helped me get everything I need out quickly and efficiently. I had a large cabniet that wouldn't fit out the door so we had to break that into pieces, of which wasn't much of an issue for them. My one knock is that prior to requesting the service I was quoted roughly $150-$250, of which it ended up being closer to $400. Now, I know this is just a quote and it obviously didn't include the fact that a piece had to be broken down. But it was more than expected. But again guys themselves were 10/10.

We can only provide the actual price when we are onsite and can assess everything. We try to provide the most economical price to our client and do so before we start the work. This enables you to decline having the work done if it is too costly. We do not charge a cancellation fee as other companies do.     Amazing!!!!

    Always reliable and professional

    I have used this company at least 10 times and very satisfied each and every time. Great communication, always on time, and really nice professional staff.

    Junk removal and apartment clearout

    I had to move out in about two weeks because my landlord sucks. I had the service come in for one trip one day and then another follow up two days later. Matthew and his colleague were our saviours, we wouldn't have been able to do it without them. They were polite, friendly, very communicative and made sure they weren't taking stuff we didn't mean to throw out (and we didn't make it easy trust me, we were a goddamn mess). They worked amazingly fast, moved things smoothly and confidently and never overextending and risking damage in the building, and they didn't even bat an eye when I said I thought we might need to cancel the follow up job but it ended up being even more junk than the first day, which was really unprofessional of ME, and they handled it EXTREMELY professionally. They were one of the few great parts of an extremely hard experience and we're very, very grateful for their help. Matt and the other guy whose name I didn't catch, you are absolute legends!

    Mattress removal

    Was iut of town and arranged for company to clear remaining item from my condo prior to sale closing.

    Junk removal

    I had another company bail on me last minute. From the minute I called customer service to book an appointment I was in good hands. They arranged junk removal for same day. Mike and AJ showed up early and were extremely polite and efficient. They cleared out my junk in under 40 minutes.
