    Quick, reliable and polite

    Exceptional service from James and Lucas, both are very pleasant and polite. They arrived, looked at the job scope and quoted me correctly and accurately. Best yet they were done in under a half hour, definitely 2 young men that truly understand customer service and work hard to ensure your satisfied. I would definitely call again and hopefully have the pleasure of having James and Lucas attend my call. Thank you

    Quoted one price, charged higher after service

    Had junk to remove. They quoted amount and then raised it after the fact saying it took up more of the truck then expected. Charging over $500 for such a quick job is ridiculous.

    Pretty great

    Andrew and James were great. They arrived early and patiently waited as I booked the elevator in my apartment and moved everything quickly. Would definitely use Rid It again. Thanks again

    Fridge and dryer removal

    Very happy with the service that I received. I arranged for pickup online which was a quick and easy process. Andrew and James called the next day to fix a specific time and showed up as agreed. They did a quick assessment and then proceeded with the move. Great guys, friendly, polite and efficient.

    Amazing help!

    I had to move a bunch of really heavy awkward furniture and rid of it saved us! Andrew and Kevin did all the heavy lifting in record time, we cleared out our office in about an hour, they helped me load our van and took care of all the stuff we couldn't fit! Very quick and professional, will definitely recommend to all my Toronto friends!

    Great service

    Andrew and Kevin arrived as promised on schedule. Picked up everything required. Both were neat, courteous, efficient and communicated exactly what they would do and what the charges would be. Totally professional. Fully recommend.

    Junk Removal

    From the beginning, Rick was very responsive, and professional. Scheduling an appointment was quick and efficient. I was quoted 109-150 online, but the removers that came to my condo asked me what I was quoted and I honestly stated between 109-150 and of course was charged the 150. It was a very small load and I even made it easy for removal ( I moved the majority of junk myself) to create an easier removal for the team. Rick and team were professional nonetheless from start to end of this project. I was just disappointed by the price, I feel that if I had said 109 from Rick that is what I would have been charged. Happy my junk is gone speedy and effectively.

    16 Athletic Ave. Construction material removal.

    Thanks, Andrew and Kevin!! You "Rid-Of-It" guys were fantastic. Showed up on time. Reviewed the situation and had everytghing out of here pronto and didn't leave a mess. It ended up consting me $100 less because I over estimated how much truck space I'd need. I would recomend Kevin and Andrew to friends and fanily without hesitation. Thanks again Rid Of It!!!

    Removal of an old bed-frame and mattress

    Having suffered bed-bugs as co-roomies, I had my unit treated twice and then felt it was a good time to have the old bed frame and mattress removed. Andrew and Kevin were professional and non-judgemental in how they treated me as I found this whole bed-bug experience most humiliating. The affected bed was removed neatly, this despite the actual frame giving grief as it was well bolted together. I will be calling upon your company again for a future task in November! Many thanks Kevin and Andrew!!
