From initial inquiry by email to the truck driving away with a full load, dealing with this company has been an amazing experience. After years of putting this off, I have started the unenviable task of decluttering my parents' basement and garage. You can only imagine how much stuff they accumulated after 36 years in the same house. Andrew and Jeff phoned before arrival and were polite and friendly during their 2 hours of work. Even though we were removing "junk", they still treated my parents' belongings with respect. I simply told them what needed to go and they did all the heavy lifting. When I pointed to a general area of the garage that needed to go, Jeff instinctively knew which items I might want to keep and checked in with me before handing over the items to Andrew, who loaded things into the truck. Since I was paying for a full truck load, Andrew worked hard at fitting in as much as he could, playing Tetris with sofas, appliances, chairs, old TVs, etc. They will be helping me again tomorrow, with another full truck load.
