    Junk removal

    I was able to book an appointment online with a choice of all the available times and got confirmation by e-mail and a follow up email reminder. Their workers were professional, friendly and called me ahead of time to let me know when they’d be there. I just wish the removal of one item was less costly than $109 (plus tax). I would definitely use them again if needed though! *The only company I found online that had a price of $49 didn’t answer the phone for 3 days nor did they reply to emails so, we get what we pay for.

    Great at Fridge Removal

    Roman and Andrew were awesome today! I am a realtor and am getting a house ready for sale. I had a fridge that needed to be moved out. A super old, very bulky, very heavy fridge. (The freeon had been emptied out, prior.) And the fridge was in the basement. Roman and Andrew got it out in a few minutes - and it was jammed into a cut-out in the wall even. They were courteous, polite, professional and got the job done.

    Fantastic crews and results!

    A family home for 65 years, imagine all that was hidden away and RID OF IT found it all. It was no small feat but RID is a well-oiled machine, on time, professional and friendly crews, suggestions, planning, and fast! And they were pretty well right on from estimate to final load too. This was the best decision made for clearing out our family home that's now been sold - what they did in 2.5 days with no attachment to 'things' would have taken our family months and months. A special thanks to Rick and Vidya who worked with us on our ever-changing dates.

    Junk removal

    I had a lot of yard wastes and card board boxes removed by this company. Anjay and Andrew was very polite and did a great job. Totally satisfied with their service.

    Junk: Small Batch

    I had originally called the popular junk removal ---you know the ones 'point [then little jingle]-- well they were terrible [with me] On the other hand, this company were great. Made an appointment, kept me in the loop and the guys- Andrew and Anjay were great Top rating and high recommendation.

    Household junk removal

    This was a terrific service. Kevin and Andrew were courteous, efficient and on time. They even called to see if they could come earlier. Communication with the company was clear and specific. Their quote was easy to understand. No surprises.

    Sofa, chair and area rug removal

    Rick and his partner came at the time promised and worked above and beyond. Besides removing the chair and rug, they also wrestled a huge leather couch out of my tiny living room. It was a really tough job and took much longer than anticipated but they just kept at it professionally and diligently and with a nice attitude. I’d definitely recommend them to friends and use them again.

    Garbage Removal

    My husband and I have used 1 800 Rid of It twice now and have been very happy with their professional service and friendly staff. Their prices are competitive and they are quick to attend to your requests. Would highly recommend.

    Junk Removal

    Old furniture, old junk to be loaded and taken away. The guys were friendly, quick and followed direction. Very easy to work with.

    Fast, friendly, helpful

    We had some demolition debris from a old, rotting, outdoor bar. Ridofittoronto were quick to reply to our request, came within two days, called before they arrived, came when they said they would, and picked up everything we asked them to take away. They were friendly and helpful, and helped us keep the charges down. We wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
