    Great Quick Service

    Kevin and Gordon arrived right on time after calling to confirm their ETA. They were quick, efficient and friendly in the pickup of my stuff. They also quickly dismantled a larger chest that was too bulky to start with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

    Junk is gone so fast!

    This morning I called Rid of It to finally rid my house of an old clothes dryer and some renovation junk that I had been staring at for months. I don't know why I didn't call sooner. I got same day service by the very courteous and efficient Ed & Kevin. Would definitely recommend.

    Heavy Old Couch Removal

    Kevin and Edward just left my house and I'm already feeling a world of difference in my apartment because there is so much more space! I had an old, very heavy, ektorp couch from ikea that had seen better days and was more of a cat scratch post than a couch. It took me awhile to find an affordable company to remove this item after it was too heavy for me and my girlfriends. Money is tight for me and so this company gave me the best quote in the city! Also I booked the day before online and they were available the Sunday on a long weekend! Amazing! Kevin and Ed could not have been a better team. They called prior to arrival to work out parking lot logistics and discussed the best route to take the couch out of my building. They explained the company policies in a clear and fair way and they were extremely respectful and supportive throughout the entire process. When I made a special request they called their supervisor immediately and gave me a helpful answer within minutes. They were well seasoned at maneuvering the couch through the building and knew just how to remove it quickly and effectively. The entire process took no time at all and I was able to pay through credit card since I don't carry cash (who does anymore). When you hire these guys for yourself, remember to take out cash beforehand so you can tip these awesome guys- they deserve it; they could not have been more professional or efficient and they just had a good energy all around!

    Removing garbage from my moms house

    I had many bags of mixed garbage to dispose of and I was grateful that Derek and Ed from Rid of It where a great help and provided their services in a courteous and professional manner. Thanks guys!

    Yard Waste Removal

    We attempted to clean out the side of the garage where there was broken concrete, tree branches, wood and piles of soil but it was way too much. Easily scheduled a clean-up with Rick over email with quick responses. Edward and Lucas tackled the job without hesitation while it was a humid and treacherous 30⁰ out! The guys were friendly, professional and had the space cleaned out in a short time! Great company!

    Emergency junk removal

    Moving, thought I could take it to the dump myself..way too much stuff. Needed same day service-they came 2 hours after I called, the lady that I spoke to on the phone was lovely and the two guys that came to remove all my junk were lovely. Quick, efficient, cleaned up afterwards. Kind of pricey but considering I called them last minute, and they did such a good job it was money well spent. (They filled their whole truck!!) highly recommend!

    Removal of old deck boards

    Worth every penny! During backyard renovations, I had a large amount of yard waste and rotted boards from an old ground level deck. 1-800-RID-OF-IT was able to make appointment quite quickly. They showed up exactly at the scheduled time and were polite and professional. Despite the oppressive heat that day, the guys worked quickly and efficiently to clean up the wreckage & even took the care to grab small bits of rubble in order to leave my yard clean & tidy. I am so glad that I didn't try to rent a bin and do the clean up myself. I am very pleased with this service!

    integrity and professional !!

    Sofa and TV Stand Removal

    Gordon and Lucas came during the allocated 2-hour window. I received a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They were polite and efficient. I would use the service again/recommend the service to others.
