Reply created 7 Sep 2012Hi Michelle, your relay board was re-ordered despite the fact that we were not going to deal with Samsung. It was not our fault that the part may have been defective or that you may have had a problem with another component. The refrigerator did work with the new board. It's unfortunate you did not give us a chance to come back and see if the part we installed was defective, or if there was another issue.
