Happy to have connected with Modern Appliance. Read their great reviews and called when my dishwasher was leaking. Peter gave me help immediately to stop the issue and gave great advice for next steps. I decided it was time for a new dishwasher. Peter gave me suggestions based on his experience and was able to install in a timely fashion. Plus he was very pleasant to work with. We found Modern Appliance when our dishwasher sprung a leak. Peter was quick to get back to me and was the only one who was able to explain to me what needed to be done just with my explanation of what happened. Timelines and expectations were set and Peter kept me updated with when the parts were avails and when he could come out. AMAZING service!! So happy to have found you guys!! Handle to oven broke. What to do. Finding honest, professional service people difficult, and for a small job. Googled found a dream service person. Returned my call promptly, confirmed a date and time.arrived on time .work started immediately. Good organized supply of tools. Watched him work. Knew what he was doing, began the fixing process. Pointed out the steps to make it safe and began. A service person that came on time with knowledge of the product, made an impression that this guy you could trust. He was finished and cleaned up in half an hour for a very reasonable price. His contact information goes in my house file for the future. I sent an email to Modern Appliances about our our malfunctioning electric range and Peter was very quick to call to know more about the issue. It was determined that the cooktop heating element needed to be replaced and Peter quickly ordered the part and when received, came over to install it. Peter arrived as scheduled and was very professional and neat in doing the work. He is also very friendly and great to talk to. Peter came over Jan 05 to install our new dishwasher. We were VERY VERY happy with the service Peter provided! This install was complicated because of the size of the opening for the dishwasher and the fact that the parts provided by the manufacturer and our existing connections (from the original builder) were not the greatest. Even though our install presented difficulties, Peter did an absolutely fantastic job. He is extremely professional, personable, and a perfectionist. Peter made sure that the installed product looked and worked perfectly!! I would highly recommend Peter (Modern Appliance). We will most definitely contact Peter again for any repairs, and installs. One more note, Peter was kind enough to give me advice on the phone for a water attachment for our fridge, and even brought extra parts in case I could not do it myself (thank you for that Peter, greatly appreciated).Answer from pro:
