    OVEN RESCUE 5 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS

    5 days before Christmas oven breaks down. No worries when you call Modern Appliance. Peter gives triple A service fast courteous all at a very fair price. He is in my speed dial. - Rob.H.

    Stove elemt replacement

    Peter quickly installed a new electric stove element for us (and even noticed and then fixed something we didn't know was broken!). He was easy to communicate with and showed up on time. I'll recommend Peter to others!

    Advised and Installed a New Dishwasher

    Our Kitchen Aid dishwasher stopped working. We thought it was the drain but Peter came out and diagnosed the issue was with the board. He offered to order us a new one but warned us against the cost and suggested we replace the unit instead. He gave us recommendations on a new dishwasher and where to purchase it for a good price. We ordered the dishwasher and he came out to install it expertly. We have relied on Peter's expertise and professionalism for many years now. Whenever we have an appliance issue he is our guy. He has never steered us wrong and we trust him completely. His professionalism, expertise and customer care are second to none.

    Oven repair

    Peter replaced the bottom element of our oven. His service was excellent, including prompt and upfront communication, fair pricing, and timely work.

    Refrigerator

    I have used the services of Modern Appliance several times over the years and recommended Modern Appliance to my sister Lucy who asked me to write this review for her. "Peter was PROFFESIONAL, COURTEOUS, ACCOMODATING, and PUNCTUAL. He went out of his way and was determined to fix my built-in refrigerator. He is extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced.     Repair Kenmore top loading washing machine

    Peter was great. He was prompt in replying. Immediately suggested what could be wrong and actually suggested we may want to consider a new washer (which meant no revenue for him) given its age. In the end we decided to go ahead with the cheaper repair. Despite injuring a knee, he wanted to meet his commitments and still came out as hobbled as he was. He was dead right about what was needed and the bill was nearly exactly what he thought it would cost. I would use his services again in a second. Me, my family and our piles of little kids clothes that needed washing thank you very much. I see why your reviews were so great.

    Leaking dishwasher

    Eek, a leak from the dishwasher. My sister and I have both used Modern Appliance repair in the past, so I texted him. He replied quickly, asking appropriate questions in order to determine the cause. He assessed correctly that it was the motor. Within a few days, he was in, the motor changed, and he double checked that everything was running well. Very efficient, good customer rapport. well recommended.
