It is difficult to overstate our satisfaction with the service of GTA Pest Control and, in particular, co-owner Kevin, who attends to indoor pest issues such as mice, rodents. We heard noises in our walls and I discovered droppings at one of our internal access panels. When I called GTA I was quickly connected with Kevin who kindly attended the next day at my convenience. He immediately ascertained the nature of the problem (rats), explained what he considered to be the cause, the best option, and possible outcomes. Once I had given my approval he immediately implemented the solution. The solution was successful. While some odour did occur later (something he had clearly warned was a possibility), the noises and evidence of infestation disappeared completely. Kevin also offered a 6 month guarantee. When the noises did return some months later he honoured the guarantee without delay or question. He also put in place measures to deal with the possibility that the rats might return in the future - thus effectively extending the preventative measures far beyond the initial 6 months of the guarantee. The staff at GTA is friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We had a mouse problem that left us very frustrated after years of trying to beat them back on our own. GTA got it done immediately. I was frankly amazed. They came back 5 or 6 years later as we began to see some evidence of mice again. Each time, they came and followed up with bait refill free of charge,

Troy showed up on time, quickly identified and sealed the entry points leading into the attic, and installed a wire mesh exit funnel. He was very friendly and answered all my questions.

Excellent response time! I emailed a query on Boxing day, they contacted me within an hour. They were working on boxing day! They came over in less than an hour and both members were professional, informative and polite. One team member went into the attic to place bait traps - but when he opened the attic access area, a whole lot of puff insulation fell down on him! He was wearing a coat, hat, gloves, googles and had a air filtering mask on - very professional just in case of issues like a bunch of blown attic insulation falling on you. They handled this very well (I forgot that 2 years ago I have extra insulation blown into the attic area). They even helped and cleaned up the insulation that fell down in the bedroom closet! They told me it may take about 1 month to resolve the issue - and to call them at that point if I still have a problem. I do not expect to need to call. It was actually unbelievable..........almost like the nursery rime, showing up w/ the flute and marching them all away. If I didn't no better, I'd say they saw him coming and scattered. I haven't seen, heard or had a complaint since they were here. Thanks, Dave

Squirrel had found an entrance into the porch - making his way into the connected bedroom wall - happy with the service Troy provided - which was reasonable in cost - other company I called for a quote (which I use years ago) was more about selling services than working with me to solve my individual problem - Troy was more understanding of my issue to provide the appropriate service - I would use this company again

We had an issue with squirrels that were accessing our attic through a damaged screen. Troy came and fixed the corner, as well as a couple of other access points. He was quick, efficient, exceedingly polite and courteous. This is the second time we have used GTA Pest Control and would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others.

I called Kevin regarding some rodent activity our tenants had found in their kitchen. Kevin came the following day right on time. He was very thorough in checking out not only the whole rental unit but also the whole house (a previous exterminator we had used treated only the kitchen in question). He also taught me about pest control and how the remedies I had been trying were all faulty. The tenants have already reported back that there have been no sightings or sounds since his treatment. Kevin is an excellent service person, very reliable, takes his time to explain the problem and solution and very fair with pricing. Most important, he is such a pleasure to deal with. This is our second time using GTA and are very impressed with the service. We strongly recommend GTA Pest Control.

Excellent service, professional, responsible, respectful, clean and knowledgeable. For the cost it included screening 3 of my roof vents and replacing one roof vent. A roofer would charge me 250 to do just the vent
