Hearing horror stories about the recent potency of bed bugs from friends and relatives, we installed a few traps under our beds at our condo as a precaution a few months ago. And long and behold one day we caught a live one in our trap. We acted quickly and reported it to building management, and they recommended GTA pest control. We were able to get in touch with them really quickly and was able to set a date for the inspection/ extermination. GTA pest control was very responsive throughout the entire process, answering our pressing questions and telling us how to handle items in the house during the treatment phase. On the day of the appointment, Ian showed up to have our place treated, he was very courteous and respectful of our condo space, one thing we noticed was that he immediately took off his shoes upon entering the apartment, which means a lot to us as clean freaks. He was very friendly and answered more of our pressing questions before doing an initial inspection and treated our place. They promised to come back for another treatment if we notice anything within 60 days, it has been a week now and I have to say so far so good, but we will continue our monitoring. Even after the treatment, I texted Kevin for some additional questions and he actually called me back directly to answer them, which is much appreciated. Thank you GTA pest control, we really hope this will be the last we see these horrible land mosquitos.

I thought I had raccoons, called Troy who came over and inspected my house, garage and property and discovered I actually had mice or rats. He carefully explained what I could do to control them plus he baited my house and told me what to expect. Very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable!

We had Kevin in to spray for ants after seeing them both inside and outside our house. months later there's still no sign of any ants (live ones anyway). Would certainly recommend

kevin was great he explained every thing to me i called him cause there was something biting my tenant in the basement and we weren't sure what it was he took his time explaining the process. i called him and thursday and he quickly booked me in for saturday. his technician came and did the process and he even told me in 6 months if i still have problem he will come back and re do it.the price was resoniable as well. great service lot of knowledge and quick respond recommend him 100% thank you kevin

Troy provided excellent and courteous service. He removed raccoon from attic and repaired the damaged flashing. He also provided helpful hints. He was helpful in checking the roof for other damage and repaired missing caulking around metal flashings.

I discovered a rodent in my basement. Kevin was very responsive (same day service) and quickly dealt with the problem. He also offered to return every week to ensure that there were no further issues. Great service!

We had an ant problem in our kitchen on floor on transition threshhold from front hall. Kevin came the same morning that I called and sprayed the affected areas with an environmentally friendly product that dried in 15 minutes.
