Called Kevin regarding a rat problem (2 adults & 6 babies) which were in our garden and shed periodically feeding on seed which dropped from our bird feeder over the winter. Kevin came the next day and explained what needed to be done very thoroughly. He the installed 3 locked poison boxes ( 2 in the garden & 1 inside the shed. He said it would take about 2 weeks to take effect. I was to check the poison inside the boxes in about 2 days to see if the rats went inside the boxes. Within 3 days there was no more rat sightings and the poison in 2 of the boxes was partially gone. At the time of this review it has been a week since Kevin was here and still no rat sightings. I would not hesitate in calling Kevin in the future if needed. It should be noted that the boxes are left in place for 6 months and that the poison is replenished periodically by Kevin if required.

I have used GTA for the elimination of both rats and carpenter ants. The effectiveness of their treeatments is fantastic. Knowledge of available products and methods as well as customer service is fantastic. I recommend them to everyone I know.

i am happy to write a review for Kevin considering the fact he really deserves it. So to make a long story short we had a problem with a growing population of mice in our backyard which became really annoying so we searched on HomeStars and decided to call Kevin who came to our house in just one hour and solved the problem. Calling and meeting Kevin for the job confirmed every good review he has on this web site. He truly is a professional in his business, he really cares about the service he provides his clients (which is hard to find now days in a contractor). He takes the time to share his knowledge about what exactly he is doing and chemicals he is using so when he leaves you aren't in the dark but know what to expect after the job is done. But above all that you can really tell he has a very nice character by the way he talks to his clients. We would highly recommend him to anyone and for sure we will call him if we ever need this kind of service again.

Troy came by our house to fix our ongoing squirrel/raccoon problem. Prior to hiring GTA wildlife removal, we hired another company, who was not able to solve our issue after many months of trying. When we called Troy, he immediately identified the problem and was able to solve it right away. The squirrels and raccoons in our area are very persistent and keep trying to get in to our roof. Each time this has happened, Troy comes over to our house and is able to solve the issue within a few days. Troy is extremely knowledgeable in wildlife removal. He is very honest and more concerned about solving the problem rather than making an extra buck. He has been doing a fantastic job dealing with our squirrels, and we highly recommend him to anyone who has a squirrel or raccoon issue.

This review is from a couple years ago so pricing and specifics will be approximate.... I moved into a home near a ravine and soon found out that I had squirrels in my attic. It didn't take to long to figure it out as red squirrels are quite active and vocal up there. I came to HomeStars and found GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control. I gave Troy a call with my concern and he was over the following day. Troy arrived and I knew I liked him as soon as he stepped out of the truck. Just one of those guys. Friendly, chatty, witty... We hopped up on the roof together (you don't have to do this) and he showed me the points of entrance the squirrels were using. Troy patched three areas with a wire mesh and one area with a wire mesh one-way door (you don't want to just trap them in there). I want to say the initial price for this was $150. Knowing how the perseverance of red squirrels I also had Troy put wire caps on the roof vents at a cost of $50 a piece (I think). It's been almost two years now and still no squirrels. I see them in the trees around my house still but I just smile and flip them the bird. ;-) I highly recommend Troy if you have any pest control concerns in or around your home! Thanks Troy!!

Kevin from GTA was fantastic! We encountered bed bugs and his quote was reasonable and he came with a warranty. Kevin is knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him! He explained that they could come again once they feel the effects of the chemical and they came back, Kevin came and did his thing and I am bed bug free! Great service at a reasonable price!

When I heard scratching from the wall by our bedroom window one night I feared the worst. In the morning I checked outside and saw part of the siding had been peeled back on the second floor and assumed a squirrel or raccoon had got inside. Troy from GTA Wildlife arrived and established there was no hole in the outer wall, though not before checking the entire area for any other entry point. He cheerfully screwed the disturbed siding back into place and closed another hole with potential to attracted wildlife. Throughout everything Troy was professional, friendly and shared information about everything he was doing. He was recommended to me by a neighbor and now I know why.

We started hearing some "pitter patter" in a particular wall late at night. Not a good sign. We immediately went on Homestars to find a reputable company. GTA Wildlife came to our house ASAP to assess the problem. It was mice. Thankfully, we caught the problem early on. Nevertheless, they installed traps where necessary. We haven't heard a peep ever since. :)

Contacted Kevin to help clear up a problem with Mice at both my home and my small business. He doesn't seem to have the high overhead costs of the big brand exterminators, which meant there was no pressure to sign-on to an expensive contract, and no worries that my contact info will be put on some dumb call list, or email list like I have found with other GTA Home Service companies. Just quick, friendly, old-fashioned, personal, professional service that you don't find too often these days!

I had a raccoon with five babies in my attic last winter. Troy from GTA came to my home many times to remove them and repair the entry site. It was a long drawn out process, but he got the job done. He was always reliable, easy to reach, punctual, knowledgeable and straight to the point. He came to my home a few times without charging me.
