My husband and I were hearing noises in our attic and reached out to GTA Wildlife after reading their great reviews on HomeStars. Initially we thought it may be squirrels and called GTA Wildlife for an estimate and inspection. Troy came to the house within the next couple of days. He was very polite, respectful of our home and very knowledgeable.
He began by inspecting the roof and perimeter of the house, once completed he told us we likely have mice based on our description of the noise and he saw no evidence of a larger animal trying to get in.
Troy had warned us of other companies that place poison around the home but neglect the attic, which is a big mistake as the main point of entry into a home for mice is the attic! Be weary of companies that don't inspect your attic or treat it.
Because Troy typically deals with large animal removal, we needed to contact Kevin from GTA Wildlife to come in and deal with our unwanted attic dwellers. In the meantime Troy placed material in the attic till Kevin was able to come, which was the very next day!
When Kevin arrived we were also very impressed with how quick and painless it was...he did a fantastic job.
