    Extra-ordinary work

    Customer focus, results oriented, prompt response, after-service are what GTA Pest Control excel in. Extraordinary service and results from Kevin at GTA pest control. My tenant first had a roach problem in the kitchen and then bed bugs a few weeks after. I found Kevin here and called him immediately. I’m really impressed with his customer focus mentality; he understood the urgency and showed up to perform a whole unit treatment within 24 hours, both times. The results were really satisfying as the roaches and bed bugs are slowly dying down. His company gives a 6 month warranty; if the problem persists you can have another treatment done at no extra cost. This is very comforting for the customers.

    Mice

    Kevin is reliable, thorough, honest and works hard to get rid of our mouse problem. We get him to come back every 18 months or so when there are the first signs of mice and the covers all the bases to ensure we don't need to worry any more. Warranty is great too, as he will followup to ensure the problem is taken care of.

    This is the best you can get. If you maintain a fresh steady supply of bait its the most effective way possible of eliminating mice. However if the bait is consistently untouched. You could perhaps never need it again? Some are lucky. One dose. Some need it regularly until the population is gone. You just never know. Thanks Kevin

    Best Pest Control Company in the GTA...period!

    If you have a pest problem, GTA Pest control and Wildlife removal is the only company to call. Kevin and Troy solved three different issues that we had. They also followed up with 3 and 6 weeks after to make sure everything was fine. 10 out of 10 in my books.

    Raccoon in attic - AMAZING WORK.

    SUPERB! Honest, great communication. Really cared about our needs and dealt with everything in a compassionate way. Arrived exactly on time, explained the situation perfectly. The visit and work far exceeded our high expectations. Giving the highest rating possible.

    Mice problem

    We had been hearing some occasional, faint scratching only in one specific wall of the house, and it is an outer wall on the ground floor, so initially I thought it might be a squirrel or some other animal outside. Soon after, however, we saw a mouse in the kitchen. We were able to catch and release it, cleaned everything, and plugged the (man-made) holes in the kitchen (e.g. behind the stove, etc). However, the scratching continued and grew more frequent. Then we discovered more mouse droppings, indicating they had found another hole between the walls and had gotten inside the house again. This is when we called Kevin. He was able to come within 2 business days of that phone call, arrived on time, and gave me such an affordable quote ($300) that if I hadn’t read all the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Homestars, I would’ve thought it too good to be true. He was professional and pleasant, explained what he was doing and what to expect, and told me it takes about a month for the scratching noises to stop. He offers a 6-month guarantee and will come over for free if you find new evidence of mice within that period. Just a few days before that month was over I was disappointed to find mouse droppings in the basement. I called Kevin and got his voice-mail; in less than five minutes he called me back! As promised (and even though a month hadn’t yet fully passed), he came over, checked all the traps to see how much poison had been taken, etc. He said there are often hiccups right around the 1 month mark, and if there should be any again to not hesitate to call. Shortly after this second visit, the scratching noises stopped permanently. There have been no more mouse droppings either. No sounds, no evidence of mice. I am delighted with how effectively Kevin addressed our problem, and wholeheartedly recommend his services.

    Pest control

    Had a problem with raccoons entering my attic through the roof vents. I needed to have vent screens installed to stop the raccoons from pulling off the vents and climbing in to the attic. Under recommendation, I contacted Troy of Gta Wildlife and Pest control, as well as other companies. I received ridiculous quotes( 600-$800) and long winded advice for solutions and timelines from all the other company's. Troy from Gta Wildlife and Pest control, was honest ,professional, straight to the point, and extremely reasonable in the price. Troy showed up on time, got straight to work, was very professional, took pride in his work, and solved my problem. The price also was what we agreed on, no surprises or up sales. If you have a pest problem, dont waste your time calling others, just call Gta. I have already recommended them , and always will. Thanks Troy, your the best !!!!

    great service

    Great service got rid of our bug problem. Kevin was very professional and courteous. He was always on time and he used only top quality products. He was consistent in his follow up and always provided detailed feedback.

Then the job was done. The bed bugs isolated themselves within the cover causing re infestation. Leave no stone overlooked. Aggressive approach always is best.     Excellent customer service

    My husband first contacted this company last year in September when I heard scratching in the upstairs bathroom washroom. My husband thought it was nothing. I once again awoke to hear noises in the ceiling on the top floor. He just told me it was just nail pops. Finally he awoke to the noise and believed me. He called Kevin and he got back to us right away. We HAD mice that he said were probably built into the house when it was first constructed (we have a wood lot). Kevin left some poison and outdoor bait stations and promised to return in a month. He did and the poison was all gone so he threw some more. He returned a third time to give us peace of mind. He came back as promised, FREE of charge the next year, and took pictures to show us that the situation is resolved. HE advised us to do some outdoor work to secure common entry points and we did. We appreciate his professionalism and thank him for his diligence. Our kids know him as our 'MOUSE MAN'. Thank you and we will call you for any future pest treatment situations.

    Thanks for your review Anna, The general public and so many misdirected companies feel that mice can be eliminated by blocking holes. No one can seal mice out of a home...They breed slowly over decades/ years within the attic and walls feeding upon insects. When the population reaches critical mass, they begin showing themselves within the Kitchens and basements/garages of homes. Mice must be eliminated from with the structure, reducing breeding populations until all evidence is gone. The process can take weeks months or in some rare cases even years of steady treatments. Yearly or bi yearly treatment will insure rodents are kept under control or eliminated. Never listen to anyone who claims they block mice. Its an outright lie. To inspire the public to buy. I am ashamed of our industry for all of those who mislead the public using false information.

    My Go-To Guys for Pest Control!

    I have been using this company for my pest control needs in Toronto. I call Kevin every few years for rats and Troy handles raccoon problems. It is so nice to have a company, which is capable to tend to the problems right away. I also like the fact that they usually answer my phone calls or if I leave a message, they get back to me immediately. I recently contacted them because one of my tenants reported to me about the noises coming from the ceiling and we suspected some animals nesting. Troy called me from the property to let me know that there is no sign of entry but he gave me a suggestion to seal the gap where it can be the potential entry by squirrels. They are so helpful! I highly recommend this company!

    Mouse Infestation Treatment

    Last winter I had a terrible mouse infestation in the basement and kitchen and had spent over $100 on traps and bait from the hardware store. I had caught over a hundred mice and was very frustrated. This year I hired GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control to avoid this major headache and am COMPLETELY SATISFIED (10/10). Kevin delivered superb customer service and was very educated in his field. After a free follow-up, my house has little to NO MICE remaining (after 1 month!). Kevin explained that the mice entered the house during construction/renovation and have colonized inside the walls/attic over the years. GTA's approach was to eliminate the breeding cycle by killing up to 3000 mice with their bait/bait stations (focusing on hotspots: attic, basement, kitchen, and garage). Best $300 I have ever invested with a 6 month warranty (most clients never need to call them back). I will also say that I called several others popular companies when researching and they told me everything from mice only come in from the roofs, mice only enter through the front and garage doors (how courteous), you must spend $1500 on pest proofing to block entry points (what about the hundreds of mice who have colonized?). Thank you GTA!! Will not hesitate to call you back on any other issues I have!
