It is a pleasure dealing with GTA wildlife. Several years ago, they reinforced my garage to keep the raccoons out and this morning, Troy came to the house to cap the chimney in order to keep the squirrels out. Love the fact that he left a one way door on the cap, in case there are still squirrels in the attic. Troy is an exceptionally personable and knowledgable young man, who takes pride in his work. GTA wildlife comes very highly recommended by us!

We heard scratching in our attic during the night. We emailed GTA Wildlife Removal one night to assess the situation. Kevin got back to us the next morning and we booked an assessment for the next day. Kevin was on time (early actually!) and quickly diagnosed and began treatment for a mouse infestation. Kevin was fantastic in explaining what was required and what would happen over the course of the treatment while he was there. I had a few follow-up questions the next day which he promptly answered. I would definitely recommend GTA to others based on our experience.

Upon purchasing a new condo I quickly realized it was infested with roaches. I was horrified and ready to sell before my furniture was even in yet. Kevin was able to do a treatment within 1 day of calling him. The treatment was highly effective and he was very informative in giving me some tips on additional things that I could do to keep the roaches from returning. A couple months later he came back and did a follow up treatment and I havent had an issue since. Kevin was beyond helpful and I truly appreciated his customer service and patience when faced with a stressed customer on the verge of a meltdown. I would not think twice about recommending him to any of my friends or family.

Kevin has visited our house twice now- both times he was efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. He is extremely knowledgable and makes you feel at ease even in the hairiest of situations (literally). Fantastic genuine customer service! Highly recommended!

Troy was on time, efficient and courteous and found the source of our red squirrel problem right away. He repaired the hole and put in the one-way door. It's definitely worth the price. We wouldn't hesitate to use his services again if we had any further problems!

Kevin has been remarkable and so extremely helpful. I called him very upset as I have two very young children and found evidence of field mice in my basement. Understanding this was something I was very concerned about, Kevin went out of his way to ensure he visited my home as soon as was possible. He was very informative and worked efficiently. Our neighbour and us had some mice issues so we called GTA Wildlife Pest Control. Kevin was very knowledgeable and efficient, and explained how the mice traps work. I also mentioned I had some issues with large ants coming into one of our rooms and he sprayed the perimeter of the deck right outside as well as the room. I'm writing this review about 2 months after Kevin came by, and it seems like both problems are resolved. Would recommend!

Very highly recommended for mice treatment. The service we received from Kevin was top notch. He came the very next day after I called. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and didn't charge us for more than we needed (our mouse problem was very minor according to him) In a past year we have also had Troy for a treatment and he was just as good.
