I will start by saying I selected this company because of the reviews on this site. I was hopeful that they would live up to the hype. Troy and his assistant surpassed my expectations. I had an appt. set up within a week. They gave me a heads up when they were close and then arrived right on time. Troy is a breath of fresh air in what is normally a stale service industry. You could see from the start he enjoys what he does for a living and is happy to answer any questions you have. My problem was quickly diagnosed(mice, I thought it was squirrels) and a solution was suggested(and explained) then executed. In and out in under 40mins. I couldn't be happier with the company selection or the service I received. Thank you again.

Excellent Service from Troy and I am glad I called him. Had a squirrel problem and called Troy right away. He was great to work with and he is highly experienced and very professional. He came right on time to install the one-way door and pointed out issues such as possible entry points and made sure our home was squirrel proof. He came back a second time to check on everything and sealed the entry point after removing the one-way door. He solved our problem very quickly and provided useful recommendations. The squirrels never came back. He truly enjoys what he does and thats one of the reasons they have such great reviews. Highest recommendation for Troy and GTA Wildlife!

I had a problem with carpenter ants running up the side of my house under the soffits and in the garage. Kevin came out to Brampton the next day and sprayed under the soffits all around my house and in the garage. I have not seen any ants since and Kevin assured me that if I saw any more ants where he had sprayed, to give him a call and he would come back and take care of the problem! Thanks for the peace of mind your prompt attention gave me Kevin! 7/27 There is still no sign of the carpenter ants. Thanks again Kevin.

Kevin was great. He was confident and very knowledgable. He was on time and kept checking in to reassure us that everything was going to be taken care of. He has been very helpful and we're more confident home owners now that we know exactly who to call if an issue comes up. These situations are not pleasant, but Kevin is! :)

My wife and I called on Kevin a while back when we had a mouse problem and he did a wonderful job. So, when we found an odd hole surrounded by a yellow hill of sand-like substance on one of the horizontal beams of our back yard fence, we called him immediately. Within 3 hours, he was at our house and dealing with the fence. We are blown away and gladly give GTA our highest recommendation.

We had a mice issue and I called Kevin and was immediately impressed that he answered the phone himself and reassured me thathe could fix this problem. He was already available the next day and was early for our appointment which was amazing. He took the time to explain everything so well. We knew nothing about how it all works and now we do and feel so much more comfortable in our house. He set up all the boxes in every place we suspected mice and the attic which some don't because he explained that is where they all stay and where it starts. He was extremely professional and easy to talk to and made us feel completely at ease. 10 stars all the way! If you see a cheaper price it's because they don't do nearly the quality of job he does, he goes above and beyond. Thank you Kevin!

Had a scary experience at a rental property I own. Bed bugs and rats! If you're a landlord and you get this call you know how scary it can be. Kevin calmed me down, came out right away, and charged half what some others quoted. Overall a very calming experience. he went over and above. I paid him in full on the first call and he came back to fumigate a second time for free even though he got them all on the first call. Thx very much! I'd highly recommend this company as a landlord and as a house rehab specialist. I buy houses in brutal condition before we rehab them. I will defiantly call these guys again.

I did research and found GTA WIldlife's cost to be comparable to other companies. I chose them because Kevin (the owner) was very knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to, and quite reassuring. He was extremely accommodating and was willing to come back a second time in order to do my tenant's apt which had been locked when Kevin arrived.He also volunteered to do both issues at the same price.I would definitely recommend him to others.
