I was referred to GTA Wildlife by two different friends who live on opposite sides of the city. I was so impressed with GTA Wildlife's expertise, knowledge and professionalism regarding how to deal with pests and mice. Not only was my entire house, basement and garage treated, but my attic was checked out as well. I would definitely recommend GTA Wildlife to others and if I needed to use them again, I would.

Absolutely fantastic! We have had some problems with carpenter ants over the past few years at our cottage, and we have been trying to manage them with the standard bug treatments found in the supermarket or hardware store. This spring we have now found a lot of evidence of mice, lots and lots of evidence! YUCK!!!! We needed to do something about it asap so we called GTA Pest Control and they came right away. The service was fantastic. They gave us full explanations about carpenter ants and mice – we just wanted to know ‘why, why, why… why us???’ Later I read a little more on their website which I probably should have read before the visit. Oh well… at least I got a first person explanation. I loved the fact that when the truck they arrived in was unmarked. My neighbours don’t need to know I’ve had visitors. Kevin was very professional in how he handled the entire situation. He even wore the little booties to keep my place clean! Extremely happy with the service. No more sightings!

Kevin is very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable ("demeanour"). I used Kevin 7 years ago and he solved a mouse problem back then, which was far more extensive. I used him again as (i) I remember his his demeanour; (ii) he came back without hesitation last time for a second treatment; (iii) his warranty; and (iii) his mouse poison is state of the art (i.e. it dehydrates the mice, so there is no need to recover the bodies). There are other pest control companies but, in my opinion, they do not have the same demeanour. I highly recommend this company.

There's a reason why Troy and his company get such great reviews and ratings. They are so great to work with. We had been dealing with those pesky squirrels for a while and we called Troy after reading all the reviews on HomeStars. He came right away and examined our roof and put on the one way door. He did also assessed the other parts of the roof to make sure it was squirrel proof. The squirrels never came back. We waited for 4 weeks and called Troy to take off the one way door. I called GTA Wildlife Removal as there were unwanted tenants (squirrels) in our attic. I left a message for Troy. He has returned my call immediately, arrived exactly on time, quickly assessed the problem, and went to work to solve it. He placed a one way door into the vent hole and then proceeded to check the rest of my roof to make sure that no animal can get in anywhere else. Troy also covered all other vents on the roof with wire mesh, so squirrels would not be able to chew them. He explained me what I should expect now and instructed to call him back three weeks later to permanently close up the opening, or even earlier if we still have a problem. The squirrels were gone very quickly, but I have not call back as was instructed due to inappropriate weather. However, Troy have not forget about me and came back to finish the job when he found the weather is ok. Now our house is protected. Thank you Troy!!! Thank you GTA Wildlife Removal!!! Moved to a new neighbourhood and soon after saw ants indoors! We checked Homestars and called Kevin from GTA Pest control. His service was fast, friendly and effective. The bonus was all bugs are gone not just ants!

Our family had been struggling with pests in our attic for over 1 year. We had several contractors visit our place but failed every time to locate the entry-point and to block them from entering our attic. Troy was punctual, very easy to talk to and extremely informative, but most importantly, was able to locate the entry-point within minutes and inform us exactly what we were dealing with.
