We had a rat infestation in our garage I wasn't even aware of until I saw a pile of stones and thought my foundation was crumbling. On closer inspection I saw claw marks and I put it together - HORRIFIED!! Did a frenzied online search and came across this site with positive reviews of GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control. That was good enough for me - called Kevin immediately - it was Boxing Day - and he answered the phone and came over that day. He was awesome - so knowledgeable, experienced - comforting even - haha. He explained how it happened (yay! not my fault) and what he was going to do to get rid of them. He noted they were particularly aggressive - set his traps and left. He told me to give it a couple of weeks and if they weren't gone to call and he'd come back. Sure enough they were aggressive and didn't give up easily and Kevin came back - again, on the day I called. He set another trap and that did the trick. Without hesitation I would recommend Kevin except that I haven't told anyone we had a rat infestation and I don't know many people who make the rounds of asking their friends "say, do you know a good rat exterminator?" But I can tell anyone reading this - give Kevin a call, you won't be disappointed. Or as my husband said about the infestation being eliminated "it was a bargain at twice the price." Just don't tell Kevin or he'll jack his price!

Troy did a great job of removing a mother raccoon and her babies from my attic and then installing wire mesh around vulnerable points of my home. I had wire mesh in place but when the soffits needed replacing so did the mesh. Troy both answered my call and did the job promptly. He also suggested other products which I could use but did not pressure me into choosing anything. I would recommend his company for animal removal and wire mesh installation.

When I discovered a rat in my house a friend recommended Kevin. He came over the same day that I called. His knowledge about pests is extensive. He dealt quickly and effectively with my concern. He will come over again to check that all is well. I have not seen any further evidence of rodents in my home. It has been an incredibly upsetting experience. I am very grateful that I called Kevin. We tried EVERYTHING to get rid of a rat infestation in our backyard. Humane traps and natural solutions, then poison and eventually every kill trap ever made by humankind. Nothing worked (we'd kill 5 rats and see 10 more the next day) and the situation was getting worse by the week as they were clearly multiplying under my shed. It was awful and I had stopped using my backyard with my kids after an incident where two rats ran out IN DAYLIGHT and appeared unfazed by my nearby toddlers. It was horrifying and I called GTA Pest Control on the verge of tears. They immediately sent out Kevin, who calmly assessed the situation (rats under the shed/in the yard and also mice in the shed, which was an added bonus). He was very rational and pragmatic about it all - he listened to my panic/horror, assured me that this was something he could fix, and then put out some large black poison trap boxes, assuring me that it would work within 2 weeks. I was not at all convinced, since we'd been trying to kill the rats for months on end with no success, and the boxes looked like nothing. Lo and behold, within 2 weeks, the rats were gone. We went from seeing them constantly (they were literally all over my yard) to not seeing any at all. It was unbelievable. Kevin came back and checked on the poison boxes periodically, filled the tunnels the rats had dug and later followed up to make sure we hadn't had any new sightings. When we'd been rat-free for a few months, he took back the boxes at our convenience. It was the easiest service possible for us as consumers, with the best possible result, and Kevin was incredibly helpful. He did exactly what he said he would, came when he promised to, and followed up. I never thought I'd be so happy about a pest control company but I honestly cannot say enough good things. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I see a rat in my new home, I will 100% call Kevin.

Here's why I think the GTA guys are superstars: A monster rat found its way into the house overnight and I locked it in a room. I found these guys on Homestars and they returned my call early in the morning. Then actually showed up earlier than they said they would, which as you can imagine, was greatly appreciated. To say they really hustled to trap and remove the rodent would be an understatement - they made very short work of it. And all the while they were gracious and good-natured guys. Then they took a bunch of precautionary steps around the house to discourage any more unwanted pests. And they even called later in the day to see how we were doing! GTA Wildlife Removal really came through for us by making our nightmare disappear. Seriously, thank you so much guys.
