We had been unsuccessfully using other pest control companies for months in efforts to get rid of the clothes moths that were eating their way through our sweaters. We finally called GTA Wildlife and it was the last company I ever called. Kevin was able to remove the moths in one visit. I absolutely wouldn't hesitate to contact GTA Wildlife again. Strongly recommend.

There are so many companies out there purporting to do the same service, claiming to be experts, and stating that they are the "best". Based on previous homestar reviews, I went with GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control to deal with animals in the attic. We kept hearing random scratching noises at night, and I had already tried to look into the attic, but thought against it due to safety reasons (we have blown cellulite insulation so I couldn't see rafters and didn't want to fall through the roof, nor did I want to corner an animal since I didn't plan that far). We called the experts instead. Sure, I could've gone with some Chinese contractor like my family normally does (I'm Chinese!) (although we did not compare prices, so I do not know where GTA Wildlife stands on that, but I just wanted things done right so that I wouldn't have to spend more than one day away from work to take care of some random animals. Troy showed up right on time, courteously gave me a call when he was 15 minutes away as requested so that I could slink off work. He was extremely professional and easy to work with. A quick peak into my attic and he knew what I had. SQUIRRELS. The arch enemies of my Dogs has infiltrated our homes, and we simply could not have that. Within moments of propping up his ladder, Troy identified the entry point, but also noted issues with our aging roof. He explained what he was doing, even let me take a look myself since I was curious (of course instructing me on how to safely view the hole), and promptly had a one way door placed into the hole. He then proceeded to check the rest of my roof to make sure the enemy did not have an alternative, noticed failing clay tiles of my roof and promptly-and free of charge-secured them for me. We had great conversations. I enjoyed chatting about squirrels, his work, his stories from previous experiences, and his love for fishing. Great service, great conversations, great comrade in our battle against the evil squirrels. The aftermath was somewhat sad because we saw numerous squirrels trying desperately to get into the home for the next week or so. Winter is coming my friends, and the squirrels chose the wrong fortress (my attic) to store their nuts. The visits by squirrels soon stop, and peace is restored to my home. Three weeks later, as instructed, I left Troy a quick message that we're good to go, and he came by sometime to remove the doorway and seal it with a metal plate. I didn't have to be home this time so didn't have to leave work, and Troy gave me a call to say the work was done. Our base secure, I started wondering what treasure trove of nuts was stored in my attic and what I would do with the riches; but decided I'd just leave them be since attics are creepy. It's been a long road made easy with Troy and the folks at GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control. They truly enjoy their craft and carry it out in a very homey and comfortable manner. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for anything. I thought their pricing to be very reasonable considering that he even taught me a few things (Have you seen what passes for university tuition these days?)-I digress-Thank you Troy. Kevin from GTA wildlife was so helpful and informative. I can't say enough about his customer service. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and guaranteed his work. I own a triplex in downtown toronto and he serviced all three units and I have not had any complaints from my tenants since about rodents. Thanks Kevin and GTA for such great service!

Called GTA about what I thought were rodents of some sort in our attic. Troy was quick to answer my call and arrive and thoroughly assess the situation. All work done was professional and thorough, I would always recommend GTA to family and friends.

We had raccoons break into our house threw our roof, Troy came to our house, explained what we needed to do. The raccoons were out that night!!! Very professional. Thanks for the great service.:)

Kevin from GTA is really helpful and honest and most importantly, really gets the job done! Also, as a young woman I get a bit nervous to have people working in the house while I'm alone, but he's super professional and friendly.

Kevin is the man! I had evidence of mice last fall and Kevin arrived in just a matter of days after we first spoke. He took the time to look around the house, ask questions and point out areas where the mice are likely to enter. After two weeks there were no more signs of mouse activity. A year later, the mice are back. Kevin was able to schedule a visit the next day, and explained that mice are like a virus and it may take a few years to completely eliminate the problem. Again, he laid the bait and stations in the obvious areas and some new areas as well. Kevin is very knowledgable in pests and their behaviours. He is friendly and funny and I would recommend him to anyone in need of any type of pest control.

i recently moved to this farm,it had been abandoned for some time we had an overwhelming number of rodents,the folks from gta were fast reliable and consistant at taking control of our problem.

I had to use Kevin at GTA once again this summer and was completely satisfied. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about rodents and the chemicals he uses. He went above and beyond in laying traps with poison to control mice in the backyard. Needless to say, the problem has been eradicated. I have doubts about the odd negative review here. I've never had a problem with Kevin or GTA and I have recommended him and his company to family and friends many times.

Never seen a rat boldly frequenting our backyard until now. Kevin arrived shortly after I called. Not only is he courteous, but he's obviously a seasoned pro...very reassuring and knowledgable about the species and its habits and behaviour. He calmly studied the area, examined clues and assessed the source of the problem. He placed bait stations in strategic locations and has returned numerous times to routinely check the bait for rat activity. So far, problem solved. Kevin knows his stuff; knows what works and what does not. And he's entirely reliable, reasonable and honest; a pleasure to deal with.
