I am writhing on behalf of L'Arche Daybreak. Community for people with developmental divisibility located in Richmond Hill Ontario. We have 8 homes and 4 workshops. We have been working with Kevin from GTA for the lat 10 years and we are extremely happy with his services. Whenever we have problems with ants, bed bugs, mouse, skunks or raccoon we can always count on Kevin. He will come out of his way to solve any problem we might have.

We noticed a mouse run from the garage when we opened it and thought we should take no chances. After some web searches and reading reviews we called Kevin at GTA Pest control. he called us back a few hours later and was at our house not long after that. he took is time to explain what can cause the issue, was thorough in looking for points of entry. he set out some bait stations in the garage, and also in the house for good measure. couple months later we saw another one bolt from the garage when we opened it. We called Kevin and true to his word, he was out to check out the scene, evaluate the bait stations and make sure we were in good shape. Can't say enough about the prompt, courteous service and the advice. Would happily recommend GTA Pest control.

I called GTA Wildlife several years back when I saw mouse droppings in my house and Kevin came right away and almost immediately the mice situation was resolved. Fast-forward 4 years and with all the recent construction in the area the mice had returned, obviously my first call was to Kevin and GTA Wildlife. Kevin gave us exceptional service, he showed up exactly when he said he would (7:30am), he was extremely thorough, inspecting both inside and outside the house. Kevin inspected all the vents and numerous places throughout the house where mice tend to “hideout”, he put several bait stations down and gave us tips on what to do going forward. Kevin resolved the issue the first time we called him 4 years ago, so I have no doubt that it will be resolved this time. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team to anyone that has a rodent problem.

I had mice in my three unit house in downtown Toronto. Kevin carefully inspected the whole house and laid poison accordingly. He was very easy to deal with, took his time, was pleasant to my tenants in the house and accommodated everyone's schedule. When a couple mice returned, Kevin happily came back until the problem was 100% complete. Kevin knows what he's doing and he will make sure you are satisfied. If you have a mice problem, this is your guy.

Troy came out to investigate what was living in our attic, mice. Troy was professional, courteous, friendly and extremely informative. he did not rush through his process and explained in detail what he was doing and what I should expect. Our neighbourhood is in the middle of a construction boom. One of the consequences of old houses being demolished is rats surfacing from underground burrows looking for new homes. For the past two autumn seasons, our garage was the new home for families of rats. Kevin has helped us deal with this before it became a problem. He distributed bait stations in the garage and around our back yard and revisited them regularly until the bait was no longer being eaten. He has been very conscientious about returning regularly to monitor the situation, and if there's been evidence of new activity, he makes sure the bait stations are refilled. Kevin is very pleasant to work with, clearly knows his stuff and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone with a similar problem.

We have used Kevin on a couple of occasions for squirrels, mice and potato bugs. Each time, Kevin was able to come quickly, deal with the problem efficiently and charge a fair price. I have also referred him to many of my neighbours who have also been VERY pleased with his service. We will continue to use them when needed.

Kevin at GTA Wildlife Removal came out to deal with a rat problem on our neighbour's side of a semi detached home. He was incredibly sensitive to the situation and put everyone at ease with his pleasant demeanor. We're early on in the process, but so far it appears that the rats are gone. Kevin has already come back to recheck the bait stations and will return until he's sure they're completely dealt with. The cost was very reasonable and Kevin came out quickly to deal with the problem. Thank you so much for your help!!

I've never met Troy nor Kevin. My experience with them was the following: 7:00AM - Waking up to very loud squirrels in my attic who I have been ignoring for over a month. Made me nervous as I could hear that they finally made it through the insulation and were scratching on the ceiling drywall (yikes). 10:00AM - While at work, I call Troy and he says he's available to stop by my house to install a one way squirrel door. Can do the work entirely from the outside and I don't need to be home. 4:00PM - Received a call to tell me that it's been done. Told me that he cleaned out my gutters from all the nuts that the squirrels piled in there. 7:00PM - Came home after a long day's work and no more sounds coming from the attic for the first time in over a month. Had a good night's sleep. They told me they will come back in about 3 weeks to remove the one way door, and repair the hole in a way to prevent rodents from ever getting in again. I never met them in person, and I probably never will. The reason being is that they responded and completed the job before I could ever meet them. Even though they will come back to repair the hole, I will probably be at work when this happens again, and they'll probably have it done well before I get home.
