We've had raccoons in our attic numerous times and have used other animal control companies to remove them. We decided to try GTA this last time, and I would highly recommend their services. Troy was not only very knowledgeable and efficient, but he was extremely friendly, helpful and went beyond what any other person who has come out has done. All this for quite a bit less than the others had charged. I learned more during Troy's visit than all the others combined. As a matter of fact, I was so pleased with his work, that I asked Troy to help with bees and problems that had been too expensive to have remedied by the other companies. Troy will definitely be the person I call should the need arise again.

Troy did an excellent job in dealing with the mice we had in our attic. He is a real professional and what I liked most was that he also thought about the animals to make sure they can live a happy life ever after, just not in our attic.

We recently moved into a new town home in Oakville. Although the home is brand new we noticed small bugs in the basement which turned out to be book lice. Once the summer humidity started the bugs were all over the house...including our bed. We moved to a hotel until we could get the problem taken care of. We called 12 pest control companies and couldn't get any of them to come for several days. Meanwhile, the book lice were all over our brand new house. So, I checked homestar and found GTA Wildlife and Pest Control. I read the reviews and called their number. Kevin was our technician. He answered the phone right away and spent several minutes discussing our problem. He was totally professional and took the time to listen to the specifics of our problem. Kevin was able to fit us in that day which was by far the fastest service any of the 12 companies that we called could offer us. Once Kevin arrived at our home, he quickly went to work room by room using various techniques including baseboard spray and a "fog" type product which together would work to kill the book lice. On top of that, he was patient in describing how to handle our bug issue and was honest about the treatment process and any follow up action that we need to take. Since our home has been treated for book lice, GTA has followed up with us several times to see if the treatment worked and to recommend other home remedies such as dehumidifiers, etc. In short, working with Kevin and GTA has been a fantastic experience from start to finish and, if you have a pest problem, I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to take care of it for you. Their service and expertise was top notch and gave us the peace of mind that the problem has been resolved. Thanks GTA!

I never write reviews online but thought I'd do one for Troy at GTA. Had a squirrel running around in my soffit driving me nuts (pun intended) and found GTA on Homestars. I called Troy who promptly called back and showed up early the next day. He was extremely quick and professional and did a great job of dealing with the squirrel. He took pictures to show me where the squirrel was getting in before he did the job and even patched up a bad attempt from a different pest removal company that had failed to keep the squirrel out. GTA is fairly priced, humane and they guarantee their work. Apart from being a pro, Troy is a super nice guy, really personable and found his zest for life inspiring. Would easily recommend him. Thanks Troy... btw the squirrel had tried to get back in but can't chew through the metal door you installed. I watched him and laughed spitefully. - Jason Toronto

I called Kevin for some help with a rat problem. Kevin showed up the next day on time. He provided a thorough inspection of the problem areas and set up bait traps. All the bait traps were inaccessible to children and pets. Within a week our rat problem was gone. The estimate he provided on the phone was the price he charged me. (Never tried to upsell me which I really appreciate). 5 months later I started to see evidence that Rats had tunneled their way into my house again. I called Kevin and he came back and set up new bait traps. Kevin provided the second service for free as it fell within the 6 month warranty of the initial service. I am very satisfied with the job he did both times and would recommend him to anyone with a similar problem.

These guys were available right away, arrived on time, cleaned up after they were done, took before and after photos so we could see the problem and work done, and guaranteed their work! I would call them again if needed and recommend them.

I called Kevin for some help with a Carpenter Ant problem. He immediately booked an appointment and I had the problem solved within 2 days. He showed up to the appointment early and well equipped for the job. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to analyze the root of the problem, and then explain the solution to me. GTA is well worth the money! Great service not just on the initial visit, but also on subsequent service calls. Very professional....keep up the great work! I will definitely go with GTA again.

Kevin responded to my call immediately regarding an ant problem in my kitchen and master bathroom. He explained the procedure and cost, and appeared promptly at the designated time. He was reasonably priced, quick and unobtrusive. That was 3 months ago and have not seen a single critter since. I am assured if they reappear within a year, Kevin will too.

Recently noticed a number of Carpenter Ants in the house and contacted Kevin from GTA. Kevin was very quick to respond and arrived at the agreed upon time. After a quick inspection, explained the problem and the solution to resolve it. Great service, value, and best of all a one year warranty to protect me if the ants come back. Thanks Kevin
