I've used GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control several times in the past for mice and ants at a previous home. I've recently used them to deal with a wasp issue I was having at my home. Kevin responded like clockwork and quickly diagnosed and treated the problem. To date, we've had no recurrence of the wasp issue and in fact are starting to see fuzzy honey bees return (a good thing, in my opinion.)

Troy came to our home as we thought we had a squirrel in our attic. He went onto the roof and looked for any openings. When he couldn't find anything, he went into our attic and looked around. While doing that, he also fixed a loose vent for us! Great service, on time, friendly and great price. We won't hesitate to recommend Troy and use him again if needed.

We got ants in our foundation for a few years now and we had them in our kitchen all year. We tried everything including vacuuming, until the problem got worse. One night there were so many under the kitchen sink that my wife panicked; so I called Kevin. He came over as soon as he could and immediately got to work. He explained that these were common ants and posed no problem. He sprayed them with Windex as a temporary measure and made us an appointment early next morning. He was there punctually at 8:30 am and started to work. While explaining to us what he was doing, he thoroughly sprayed the kitchen, the basement and outside the house. He was very professional during the process and said that the treatment would eliminate the ants, but if any came back he would spray again. It's been a couple of weeks now and we haven't seen one.

Previous company we hired told us there is no squirrel and that we should poison the mice in our attic. We still heard noises, so I called Troy at GTA who had removed racoons from my family's home several years ago (they had no racoons returning to this date). Troy found a squirrel hole within two minutes on the roof and was disappointed with the performance of the other company. This was almost 5 months ago, and our attic has been quiet the entire time. Troy is personable and patient with our questions. Another advantage with GTA is that if it does turn out to be mice and not wildlife, he would just call his partner in to deal with the pest and you wouldn't be on the hook for $100 inspection fee, as I had to pay the previous company who only deals with wildlife, who did nothing and told us to poison the mice.

Excellent service; we called them for racoons and later for mice --and to this day we have seen NO mice or racoons. Very helpful, supportive and just generally nice people--which are hard to find these days..!

I called GTA Wildlife and Pest Control and talked to Kevin. He was very helpful and came to see us the very next day. He explained the entire process and how much it would be.. His price was very competitive and we decided to go with him. Boy are we glad we did!! Kevin laid the baits throughout the house and explained that it might take a couple of trips to eliminate them all. After a couple of weeks there were little or no signs of mice but Kevin still came back to make sure they were gone. ...he laid down some more bait and that did the trick . . . . .We would not hesitate to call Kevin again as he is super dependable and his customer service is second to none...Keep up the great work. Called Kevin after great service from Troy last summer with a Raccoon. Kevin sprayed my house for carpenter ants on Monday....we had been seeing lots of them this year and previous years...it's now 5 days later and we have seen no ants and just a couple dead ones...so far i am really impressed and can't recommend this company enough. Kevin was polite, clean and got the job done. Thanks.

The cold weather brought up hundreds of black ants digging through the floor of our bassement. Kevin came and put down a poison which completely got rid of them for 2 months. I had resisted him doing the main floor (where our baby plays a lot) but when the ants started to emerge there a couple of months later, Kevin came back and did this area without charge. Friendly, professional and full of good advice - I'd defnitely recommend this company.

Apr. 3 /13, Troy arrived at my residence to help me remove a mother raccoon and her family. He determined the course of action and advised me of the cost. He constructed a one-way door on the existing access point and screened all other possible entry. The next day he returned, the mother was out and he was able to determine where the babies were. With minimal removal of my soffit he was able to extract the babies and replace everything to its original state. He even replaced a piece of aluminum soffit a previous company removed, in a failed attempt to remove the raccoons. I am extremely happy with the work that was done. This company displays professionalism, courtesy and a very friendly attitude. Troy took the time to explain how to deter the raccoons return. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my friends. Job well done!

Troy was on time and had a very professional demeanor. He patiently explained the entire process and was able to answer all of my questions pertaining to the job. He checked the roof thoroughly and took/showed me pictures of the squirrel entry point. A one-way door was installed and Troy returned the following week as promised and fixed the area once we knew the squirrel had exited safely. EXCEPTIONAL service - I would definitely recommend to others.
