This quote was the most expensive, but Troy agreed to take out the nest, and remove the bathroom fan to blow out remaining debris from indoors, and then screen the outside entry. The other companies would not commit to taking out my fan. He is a very polite and friendly young man. He arrived exactly on time. When he started the work, he told me that the nest was past a bend, and my accordion vent hose was very unusual - as thin as foil - so he couldn't take out the nest without damaging the hose. Then he couldn't take out the fan because it was too complex. He screened the entry and I paid $250. I later found out that my vent hose is normal. When I called him, he made it clear that he cannot take out nests beyond a curve in the hose, for accordion and solid pipes. That was not explained to me. He now told me that I had the option not to hire him onsite. He did not tell me that onsite. He refused to refund any part of the money paid. He did offer a discount on future services, but I was not interested in that. After i submitted this review I received a phone call from Troy. He offerred me a partial refund on my payment. I am now happier.

Kevin from GTA Wildlife removal is a killing machine. Or a removing machine if that's what you prefer to be done with the wild animals that have overtaken your living space. He showed up asap and had many great stories that made the visit memorable. Too bad I'll never see him again because the rodents were destroyed after one visit.

We found out that we had a skunk living under our porch late one Saturday night. I called Kevin on Monday and he came out to review and estimate the job that same day. He completed most of the work on Tuesday; which involved digging under the porch to fence off all of the area with the exception of one opening where he installed a one way door. This door permitted the skunk(s) to leave but not re-enter. We left the door there for three nights to give the skunk(s) enough time to evacuate. Kevin returned on Friday to remove the door and fence up the opening. We were very pleased with the service; quick response, reliable, and good communication throughout. We got rid of the pests in less than a week. I will not hesitate to call Kevin / GTA Wildlife Removal if we encounter more problems down the road.

I noticed that Wasps made a hive near the roof of my house. We called Kevin and he came to check it out within the hour. He called Troy to exterminate the wasps and the hive. The next day I was so glad to see hundreds of dead wasps, dead in front of my house, directly below the spot of the hive. It has been 2 weeks and I have not seen a single bee. GTA is the greatest. Kevin is the man and they really take responsibiltiy over the issue. Not to mention other pest control companies that I have called in the past will not get you an appointment for at least 2 days.
