I was devastated. I'd never had cockroaches before but there they were, crawling around my cupboards, freaking me out. Kevin showed up promptly. He was super friendly, and obviously experienced. The job was done quickly and diligently. I mentioned that I might have mice and he threw a few bait traps in for free! I will totally recommend him to my friends and family. I saw instant results. I feel like I have my apartment back again.

We heard noise in our attic and right away we knew who to call. We previously had raccoons in our attic with babies and GTA wildlife removal did an excellent job. This is the second time we have called on Troy’s services from GTA WR&PC. The first time was in 2010 when a female raccoon + litter were living in our attic. This time around (sept 2012), a couple of raccoons just started ripping out the vents to get in. Troy takes a lot of pride in his repeat customers. So he came promptly and put the trap door on and fixed all the vents. Troy already won our repeat business the first time around. But we thought this second time he went well beyond our expectations. We had another issue he took care of when he came back for the trap door. So that was much appreciated. But he was not done! The next day it rained and we had a small roof leak. We thought it might have been the raccoons again. As soon as we reported this, Troy came back for another visit promptly and fixed the leak even though it turned out it had nothing to do with the raccoons. Just call Troy. Based on our two experiences, you will be another very happy customer.

We had a squirrel problem in our range hood vent. The little critter(s) wanted to make a home in there. Not good. I called Troy at GTA WR&PC and he came promptly at the stated time. He got to work immediately, identifying the problem and installing one way doors in the appropriate places. This guy clearly knows what he's doing. And perhaps more importantly, he enjoys what he's doing. The job got done painlessly and effectively -- he even secured another open entrance vulnerable to squirrel penetration. I was impressed. My highest commendations to Troy for a job well done!

I was looking for companies to deal with this bedbug problem. i called 7 or 8 different ones, and chose GTA Wildlife based on impression and cost. Luckily, it was a very good decision. He showed up at the time he said he would, which was a great start. He explained everything that needed to be done, down to the chemicals being used. The treatment that was done was successful. He explained that we would continue to see some bugs (live and dead) over the next week or so but that's a normal thing. After a couple weeks past, we did not see anymore at all. 3 treatments are included in the cost, but i only did 2. Seems only 1 treatment would have been enough, but the 2nd was more for peace of mind. The 2nd visit was just as great as the first. I would recommend GTA Wildlife to anyone.

We noticed some mice dropping in our garage and then suddenly sighted them in our main floor! horrified, called GTA. Kevin responded same day, knew what he was doing and helped calm us down. It's almost 5 months since the first treatement and we haven't noticed any Mice droppings or sighted. We called Kevin twice in this period, because we noticed noise in attic and some mice in our back yard. Kevin responded promptly and came and reviewed our home. Replenished some of the poison needed. We spoke with Troy who was courteous, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. After carefully inspecting our home, he revealed that we not only had squirrels but raccoon residents as well. He thoroughly and patiently explained his recommendations for removal and animal proofing and skillfully installed the necessary measures. He was always prompt and cheerful, he is incredibly skilled, and we found him to be very reasonable (his quote was much less than what we paid the first time around with the other contractor!). It is also so clear that he loves what he does. He made the whole experience an absolute pleasure and I will, without hesitation, recommend him to friends and family.
