After noticing a smell that seemed to come from the attic and checking it out myself, I found what looked to be animal feces up there. I called GTA Wildlife Removal & Pest Control and got a return call within half an hour, unlike another firm I tried that never called us back. Troy came at exactly the appointed time a couple of days later, went up on the roof, and checked the attic. He confirmed a racoon had been in there once, but could not find an entry point. He was friendly, obviously knowledgeable and thorough, and even though he quoted me $300, only charged $100 since he didn't have to install or fix anything. I would highly recommend this firm.

We called GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control because we'd used their services before for a carpenter ant problem and were very pleased with the results. Kevin promptly responded to our call about a mouse problem and once again, he took care of it very efficiently. He's a personable, professional, interesting guy who is a pleasure to deal with. GTA's prices are reasonable and they provide very effective service. The carpenter ants were gone after one treatment and the mice are gone now too. If we have a pest problem in the future, we won't hesitate to call GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control.

Pavement ants have made the foundation under my patio doors their home and every spring/summer they bubble up and invade my kitchen. A few years ago I had Kevin come and do some spraying for me and the problem was gone. He did tell me that there was no real way to completely eliminate them, but the treatment would last for at least a year. I figured I'd try to save some money and do some spraying myself, and boy was that a mistake. Despite my best efforts last year, come summertime I was sharing my kitchen with massive numbers of ants. This year I decided to give Kevin a call and once again my family and I are the only ones enjoying our kitchen. Kevin is always extremely pleasant and punctual, and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

We had three contractors come out to give us quotes to "Animal Proof" our roof as a preventative measure since there are many raccoons in our area. Troy was very professional and honest and did not try to sell us more than was necessary (which the other two companies tried to do). He took the time to explain the what and why of what he felt we needed. His work was speedy, neat and pleasing to the eye. He even spray painted the screen so it would match the soffit. I have been using GTA Wildlife Removal for about 10 years. I use them to prevent mice from coming into my home. I am neurotic about having mice in my house. Kevin and Troy are amazing and come whenever I call them. I have not had any mice in my home in the 10 years I have used them. I highly recommend them and have to many friends who have had issues with mice and they have solved their mice problems. They are reasonable and are a pleasure to work with.

So, the bad news is that I have a bit of a Code 6 problem, which is absolutely disgusting and horrible and frightening. The good news is that I found Kevin from GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control. He's a character. I never thought I would actually like my pest control guy, but Kevin's amazing. He's understanding, kind, punctual, available and best of all, he's honest. And he's very affordable too. So far, my Code 6 problem is still around, but it's way better and Kevin's determined to help me get rid of them for good.

To my horror, we were heard noise from our roof one night. We called GTA Wildlife Removal. Troy was at the house the next day. He really seems to know his stuff. On top of that he was courteous and pleasant. He even wore booties coming to keep the floors clean. The last time we used the company was seven years ago. A raccoon had made my attic its home and I was way too afraid to do anything independently. I called this company and an employee named Troy came to my home. He was very helpful and informative in providing tips to prevent this type of raccoon behavior and also patched up a hole (that i didn't know about) in my attic to prevent the raccoon from taking up my attic as its residence. My home basement also had a roach problem so I got the industrial type medication sprayed and I havent seen a roach yet.

Kevin was awsome in helping me deal with a carpenter ant problem. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the situation to me and answer all of my follow up questions. He responded to my call quickly, was punctual and delivered on everything he promised and more! I would recommend to anyone!

Squirrels had eaten a hole in a roof vent and were taking up residence in the attic. I was very impressed with Troy. He responded to my message within 3 hours and we arranged for a time for him to come over to the house the following day. His customer service and expertise regarding pest control is second to none.
