Kevin, owner of GTA is amazing. We had small ants in the front foyer of our house. Kevin arrived on time and carrried out his spraying as he had indicated. We called him back for a second visit as we noticed some more ants upstairs. He did not charge for this second visit and was more then happy to return. Kevin is truly dedicated to hs profession and knows this business very well. I have used Kevin on numerous occassions and in fact i have recommended him to neighbours and family.

Troy was very professional, personable and knowledgable. After confirming, he arrived earlier than scheduled which was a great time saver. He quickly took care of the problem and offered useful explanations throughout. His work was thorough and I'd absolutely recommend him and the company to friends. Thanks!

I contacted Kevin at GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control recently and explained my ant problem in my kitchen. I had tried to control the ants myself for over a month but realized I needed professional help. Kevin made time to come out the next day, arrived right at the agreed-upon time, assessed the problem, described his suggested solution, and treated the problem. I was extremely pleased with Kevin's professional manner. He clearly cares about his work, did more than the minimum required, and promised to come back if I have any recurrence. I highly recommend Kevin and this company.

I called on Monday morning reporting squirrels in my attic. Tuesday morning Troy arrived from GTA with a ladder and a smile. He was very kind when he told me that they had eaten through the 100 year old gingerbread at the front peak of my home. Then he got up on the ladder and tore it all down, put up the grills and doors so that the mother could get her babies out. He didn't even charge me for the extra insanity of ripping all the rotting wood off of my house. He was very sweet and had a good sense of humour. Then he gave me some suggestions about my bee problem and drove off into the sunset. Highly recommended!!

Kevin (the owner) was extremely knowledgeable, reliable and personable. He came immediately (same day) when he was called, but also took the initiative and called on his own to find out how things were going. He also came by on a week-end when things, in our opinion, were bad, but he has a very calming disposition and put our minds at ease. Kevin is very ethical and only uses government approved methods. We have a dog and Kevin was very attentive to that situation. We would definitely use GTA Wildlife Removal - just hope we never have to again.

Troy arrived on time and immediately got to work investigating the problem. Very quickly, he eliminated the nest materials, fecal matter, and dead bird that had built up in my vent. Troy clearly explained the entire process and installed a stable screen (better than the one that the builder had originally put on) to stop the birds from re-entering. If I have any future wildlife or pest control issues, I will definitely use GTA once again. Thank you for your assistance!

We first used Kevin in our old house, we had a very bad carpenter ant issue. within 2 visits no more ants. Wonderful experience and would highly reccomend his services to anyone. We moved to a new house last fall and this spring we found carpenter ants this spring in the new place. We quickly called Kevin who found a spot to fit us in. His service and attendtion is fantastic! I knew that we had raccon babies in our attic because I could hear them crying. I called the BEST company for the job!! Troy was at my house within 3 hours. He gave me every option available to remove them, along with the cost and downfalls to each of them. I told him to proceed with whichever option he felt was best. Within a hour, the babies were safely removed and cages were installed on all my vents to prevent future "intruders". The mother left, 4 hours later, through the one way door Troy installed and carried her babies safely away to some other location. THANK YOU TROY AND GTA REMOVAL!! YOU ARE AMAZING and I would definitely recommend you to EVERYONE!!!!

We had birds in our dryer vent for weeks. Didn't know where to call and then found GTA. Troy came out the first business day and took care of the entire job. The nest and eggs were removed and a new screen that allows lint and airflow but no birds was installed. The entire job took about 30 minutes and my early morning Chirping wake up calls are no longer a problem. Thanks GTA for a professional job!

Having endured a problem for over 2 years, I picked the right Company or person to call & left a message asking for help. My call was returned within 30 mins and by the next day Troy was at my home to install a trapment and I did not have to take time off from work to accomodate him. Having conversation by phone only, we were able to agree contractually. Two weeks later when I called for another Matter, he was minddeful to the previous agreement/cost and was able to meet my needs. My neighbout & I are very pleased with his disposition & respect and appreciate his kindness.
