Troy is very professional and knowledgeable in his job. He explained to us in details before starting the job. This is the third time we have raccoon in our attic and we feel that Troy has done the best job so far. He is recommended by our neighbour and now we are recommending him to others. Troy succeeded in removing stuborn raccoon famly after three attemps. Raccoon did considerable damage to roof looking for ways back into attic. Troy built anti raccoon vent covers and repaired roof. We were very pleased with the work he did. Two years ago they also solved our carpenter ant problem and we hav'nt seen one since . Excellent service at a good price, very reliable and trustworthy. Raccon in chimney gained entry to basement of house and trashed the place (one room only ). Troy came same day I called...looked for the critter and could not find him ( although the raccon coat did startle him ) . Figured he was out, so proceeded to roof to put on one way door, and raccoon came out at that moment. Troy let it wander off, finished the door, even though it had started to snow, and then came back 3 weeks later to put on the permanent cover. Great response, solid work, efficient use of time. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Troy came last Monday to evict a raccoon from my attic. He was prompt, knowledgable and extremely courteous. He immediately identified how the raccoon got into my attic and recommended preventive measures to avoid a reoccurence. He set up the one-way exit mechanism to allow the raccoon to come out of my attic and told me that it would likely come out that same evening. Unfortunately, the next morning my wife and I heard the crying of little raccoon babies in the attic. They were born overnight and the mother was still in there. I called Troy and he came later that day. He went into the attic to remove the babies and placed them on the roof near the exit point so that their mother could reunite with them and relocate them to a suitable place. I observed mommy raccoon doing just that about 1 1/2 hours later. Now we, my family and raccoon family, are all happy again. A big thanks to Troy and GTA Wildlife Removal for their caring and professional attitude in helping me to resolve my problem. I highly recommend them.

Three years ago, raccoons got in to our attic. We called GTA Wildlife. Troy came on the same day we called. He was very helpful and informative. We didn't have to ask him so many questions because he pretty much covered everything we wanted to know. He fixed all the entry points around the house. Troy also closed a small hole at the corner of the house where birds could fly in. Sometime after Troy fixed our house, we had our window casing stuccoed. The stucco guy removed Troy's work and he didn't place them back properly. The raccoon came back and tried to get in to our attic this year. I had to call Troy and he fixed all the entry points again for us. We are so happy with his work. We referred GTA to our neighbors, and they were all very happy with Troy's excellent job. I will continue referring GTA to my neighbours. Thank you so much, Troy.

Troy was more than accomodating. He returned calls promptly and was right on time. Did all he could to find the entry point of the squirrels. Turns out we were hearing mice in the attic (a common problem for many homes - who knew?) - he quickly baited the attic. He was courteous and honest about the situation. Would recommend to friends.
