I called GTA Wildlife Removal to look into a scratching I could hear in the chimney stack most nights. Although we had to reschedule our first appointment due to bad weather, Troy showed up on time the day after ready to go. He explained his process in detail, next steps and what to watch for afterward. We couldn't find the raccoons at that time, but Troy set up a mesh on the top of the stack which would prevent them from coming back. After that, I asked if he could repair a soffit that some birds had set up shop inside. He took care of it immediately, no charge. Thanks Troy, and thanks GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control!

Called GTA Wildlife to remove what we thought to be large critters in the Attic. From the first phone call to the actual visit, Troy was friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. Turned out we had very active and heavy footed mice which Troy took care of. Highly recommend this service and Troy to anyone. We will have them back in the Spring to deal with our fast footed ants!

We once again called GTA wildlife removal and once again we were very happy. The appointment was made so the problem was dealt with immediately. Troy showed up when he said he would, friendly and helped with suggestions in the future. We have a 3 story home and had squirrels in the attic, while it was a very difficult place to work, they did it, "no" has never been an option they always will deal with your issues. This time it was our garage. The job was done professionally with a guarantee. While we live in a neighbourhood with lots of wildlife, GTA has never had to return to fix their work. We live in an old Victorian semi and our attached neighboring house (which was totally derelict) had been vacant for months. While we attempted to plug every gap we possibly could with steel wool, it was inevitable that the critters (mice and rats) would somehow find their way over to us. Kevin came within 24 hours of our panicked phone call and he was prepared! Armed with a giant bucket of poison, he used almost all of it, stuffing hoards of the stuff into every available opening possible! While I was a bit alarmed when he started ripping out all of our steel wool barriers, his confidence in doing so made me realize that he must have some master plan if he's so certain we wouldn't be needing it anymore. Within 1-2 weeks, the problem was solved. Even the neighbour attached on the *other* side of the vacant middle house had seen a noticeable reduction in activity so Kevin definitely came with enough ammunition for us and then some. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a rodent problem and we ourselves are likely going to hire Kevin on a yearly basis as a preventative measure. The peace of mind is worth it.

We had raccoons in our attic last year and called a company to remove them. We were unhappy with the quality of the work (useless screens, cut into soffit for "one way" door and nailed down vent without caulking nail holes). Unfortunately, the raccoons came back again. This time we called GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control and we noticed a big difference in the workmanship. Troy was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The screens he built around the vents look like they will actually prevent problems in the future unlike the flimsy sheet inserted by the previous company. Troy exceed my expectations with respect to professionalism and workmanship.
