I've used GTA Pest Control 3 times in the past year for mice and ants. I also used them because of the great reviews they received on homestars. They are very responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. In dealing with mice, Kevin had to return twice to add more bait (at no extra charge as they offer a 3 month warranty). He was happy to do so and pleasantly handled my numerous calls until the issue was dealt with. I needed a lot of reassurance regarding the safety of the bait/spray and they were very patient in explaining how things worked. Kevin's associates are also just as professional and pleasant to deal with. As a result, I have used them again and referred them to my family. I highly recommend them.

I would like to tell you about the amazing service I got from Kevin. I called several companies to consult on my problem. I even had the president or past president of the pest control society here to do an inspection. He was in such a rush to get in and out of here with his dog, telling us how busy he was and what an epidemic was going on with bed bugs that he scared the hell out of us and left us with the impression that we had to spend nearly $5000 to fix our problem. He then told us he would have someone else call us as he was just too busy to do the job him self. We were referred to Kevin by our sister in law. What a nice guy. He came over in short order and looked around. He checked out what we had done and told us not to worry. He was calm and HONEST. He did not try to take advantage of us. We were clearly in a state of panic. For six hundred and fifty dollars, a little elbow grease on our part and a few visits from Kevin we are now bug free. GTA Wildlife is an awesome company. I have had them at my house several times over the past few years to remove wasp and bees nests. They come very quickly, sometimes within a few hours. We have been using GTA Wildlife for close to 20 years. As it seems the wildlife like us so much, GTA has helped us with raccoons, birds, mice and chipmunks in and around our homes. Kevin has always been honest and reasonalbe, and saves us money whenever possible. He comes when he says he is coming, does follow ups, and always solves our animal problems. Just bought a place and discovered a hornets nest the size of the death star. Kevin was able to help me out not too long after I called. He was very personable and informative and he took care of the problem. The hornets started rebuilding and there was no problem getting someone back to the house. This time Mike took care of the nest. Another friendly and informative employee, Mike offered great advice unrelated to the above issue regarding a raccoon that was hanging out on my deck. I won't hesitate to use these guys again should the need arise.

We just bought a house when we noticed ants on the back patio. There were a lot of them. We called around and found Kevin and his team they came out within a couple hours of making the call. I had a suddently occuring problem with carpenter ants - they were everywhere in the kitchen - really disgusting. Troy came out on the same day I made the paniced call. He looked all over the house to find where the ants ere coming from (which involved climbing over the fence and squeezing into a very tight spot between our and neighbor's house) and sprayed, but warned me that since ants are very resilient, they might come back. A few weeks later they did, unfortunately. This time Kevin came out, again did a 'forensic' job of figuring out where they came from and spraying everywhere - inside and outside. I was really impressed with both the amazing attention to detail, service and the expertise of these guys - and thus highly recommend them
