Okay, here's the situation. We discovered a live bird stuck in our fireplace about two weeks ago. I had no idea how to safely remove this bird from our fireplace. I called a bunch of wildlife removal companies for pricing and availability, and GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control offered to do it at a far lower cost than any other company I spoke with. Troy came by within an hour, and he had the bird gone and screening put up to avoid more birds flying down our chimney soon after. He was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with, and took the time to explain to the kids what would happen to the bird after he let it free. The experience was much cheaper, faster, and more better than I expected. So, last night we get home and find a bat flying through our house, which is somewhat offsetting (to say the least). I trapped it in a bedroom and called GTA Wildlife Removal once more. This time Kevin came (within a half an hour), and removed the bat quickly and with absolutely no fuss. Kevin was also great to deal with, and he was very friendly, pleasant, and funny. I only have great things to say about this company and its people. They are fast, friendly, very reasonably priced, and get the job done right. I would use them again in a second ... although I really hope I don't have to! I highly recommend GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control!!

Quality and friendly service, I would recommend this company to anyone requiring wildlife removal, and pest control. I had issues with Racoons in my attic, GTA was out to my house the next morning to set up and the problem with rectified within a day. Troy from GTA is very friendly and informative and I haved already recommended this company to my friends.

We had problems where animals had destroyed some shingles on our roof. Temporary replacement shingles had been installed to cover the holes but we were told that those sections of the roof needed to be repaired. We called GTA Wildlife for the roof and animal problems and Troy came and did an inspection. He said the damage wasn't that bad, that the temporary shingles would hold for a while and that we didn't really need to do anything. We already thought we needed to fix the roof and Troy could have told us anything, but he was very honest and didn't even charge for the inspection. In my world, that's a '10'.

I called them to remove bees that got into my house through the attic. Oddly the bees disappeared as quickly as they came and Troy (GTA Wildlife) couldn't find any trace of them. He didn't charge me for the time he took travelling, setting up his ladder, and doing the inspection. He also took the time to answer all my questions. Great guy and great service.

We had lots of mice running through our house and squirrels in our attic keeping us up at night. 18 months later we're still mouse and squirrel free in our attic/home - great professional service and advise. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks Troy.

Mike was very friendly right from the get go. He was able to deliver same day service. He was thorough and checked all the areas of concern for us and took care of the wasps, hornets and the carpenter bees on the property. It was service so good I signed up for Homestars just to write a review!

I had GTA spray for carpenter ants. GTA answered the phone right away, arranged to come the next morning, phoned before arrival to confirm, came punctually, started immediately, worked quickly, and charged a reasonable amount. Troy was super-friendly and enthusiastic, talked about carpenter ants and other pests, and was really careful and respectful about the house. It's just nice to be able to hire people who are pleasant and professional.

Our mice problem exploded this past spring when we started noticing fresh droppings in the kitchen. Since I had dealt with "A Animal Removal", I called them first. They told me that they don't deal with mice, and that I should give Kevin from "GTA Wildlife" as he's really good at solving mice problems. I did a quick search on Homestars and was very pleased to see the high number of ratings and high scores on his company. I gave him a call, and he was very prompt at scheduling an appointment. My girlfriend was home (I was not) when Kevin arrived on time (10am). We wanted to have him take a look around and outline how the mice were getting in and what could be done after the rodenticide was laid to prevent future infestation. His answers were not very informative. He was very brief in his descriptions and went straight to laying baits around the house. He was also not very receptive to my girlfriend wanting to show him all the places we observed mice droppings. He said that "he knew where to look". When my girlfriend pressed him for more answers, he said that "he was drunk from last night". We thought that this was very unprofessional. He also did not really give an answer as to why he chose the locations for the bait. This gives me the impression that he was placing the baits randomly instead of strategically. It has been 1.5 weeks after his arrival, and we have not seen fresh droppings. While we acknowledge that GTA Wildlife seems to have done their job at controlling the mice problem, the professionalism was not up to par with the Homestar ratings. We felt that we could have been provided more information and background on the mice problem. He could also have been much more professional with his customer service, we were left with many questions and not enough answers.

Troy did a great job to remove 4 raccoons and 2 squirrels from our garage soffit area. A very professional and efficient experience. I would definately recommend him to others. Thanks Troy!
