    Removal of squirrels from attic; closing up of gap in roof

    Troy was professional, prompt and went the extra mile -- e.g., sent me photos of my roof so I could see exactly where the squirrels were coming in. I highly recommend this company.

    pest control (I prefer "pest mngt in humane manner"

    The following concerns a 20 your old house in York Region. During the 3 most recent summers I began to have increasingly higher concerns about "pests" , mostly stinging-type ( wasps , bees and other . I suppose the pests regarded ME as the pest ). The pest population had grown to the point where kids and others felt insecure using the yard. I was worried children and other visitors might be stung , and , worse, could have adverse allergic reactions. I called Kevin of GTA in late summer/ early fall 2009 . The owner Kevin seemed to have considerable knowledge ; and much experience . He was thorough in his review of the problem areas . I had the good fortune to have found a knowledgeable , thorough and fair person. He referred to some documents and double checked to assure that the solution he had in mind was consistent with rules applicable for our area. I stayed out of his way so he could do his work, but I did ask what he could do on another related pest matter. Kevin corrected me ; he gave me updated info and I was glad to learn I was mistaken about certain other bugs . He educated me : those other bugs did not pose any danger . It was a psychological relief that we had no need to harm or remove the latter . Kevin arrived well equipped . Having examined the problem areas, he took care of the matter so that visitors and others did feel SAFE , and comfortable in the backyard. He even came back the next day to check status, to take the trouble to review things himself. It saves so much time , energy when we all, customers AND businesses alike, treat each other fairly.     Raccoon protection

    Had problem with a raccoon that was trying to get back into my attic after I had screening installed by another company. The raccoon was damaging my soffits. Troy came out and removed the screening and installed new screening the way its supposed to be done and also put my soffits back in place. My roof looks much better the way Troy did it. I wish I had called GTA Wildlife in the first place .Troy was great , call him .

    Insect contol Roaches

    Heavy insect population in a multi level dwelling. Called Kevin On Friday he said he could come the next day. Arrived on time. Was helpful and informative regarding the process. Just 3-4 days later the population was almost all gone. Excellent results in a very fast time. Kevin turned our problem into a memory. Now our home is pest free with a great warrantee.     Mice in the attic

    Quickly determined the issue, showed me the evidence and kept me aware of what to expect as the bait did its work. Very personable, great warranty. We've used them before for ants in our back yard, great job on that issue as well.

    mice control

    I was buying poison for mice for a number of years. I could not get rid of the mice because I live in tne city. I finally called in GTA pest control Kevin did a great job. The mice is under control.They do not run around. I have called him back twice to refill the poison. He came promptly. I Will recommend this company to any one/

    Pest & Animal Control

    So my husband had been away for a few days when I had discovered there was a mouse in my house. I bought traps from the store with no luck. I was starting to freak out. I called GTA and Troy answered and immediatly calmed me down and was at my house within hours of my call. Very polite and he really calmed all my fears. Husband is now Home and NO Mouse! Thanks Troy and GTA

    Carpenter ants in our house

    A few years ago we moved into a 40 year house, and discovered that we were sharing it with carpenter ants! GTA Wildlife Removal were highly recommended to me by an Indoor Environmental Consultant, and, as I had young children and a baby, they came repeatedly to apply a nontoxic gel, which reduced the problem somewhat. However, when an ant dropped from the ceiling into my guest's soup, we decided to get nasty! They fogged inside the wall we suspected housed their nest, and the ants were gone for a few years. Sadly, they seem to be back, and so are Kevin and Troy! No matter how many times I call them, they are cheerful and happy to come back, and alwasys do so within a few days. On a separate occasion, when I was replacing my roof, the roofers discovered a hornet's nest. I called Kevin and he had a crew out to remove it within the hour.

    Ant infestation treatment

    We had a fairly large pavement ant infestation in our basement, in the wall beneath our patio door. I didn't realize the extent of the infestation until I got a closer look downstairs after the summer was already over (we had seen a few dozen upstairs in the spring/summer, but weren't sure how they got there). Kevin offered a few different options for treatment and was very sensitive to the fact that my wife was pregnant and didn't overdo the chemicals and explained how long we would want to stay out of the house to be safe. He offered a very competitive price and a longer warranty than the other companies I had looked into (which was nice since the warranty covered the period when I would likely see the ants coming back). While he was doing the direct treatment for the ants, he also sprayed other crevices around the basement to help with spiders and other unwanted guests, which was also very nice and I've noticed a difference since then. Kevin also came back a week later when I told him I was still seeing a couple of ants in one small area. Though they may have died eventually from the treatment, he came out and re-treated the area with no issues whatsoever, which was very pleasent. I had also worked with Kevin previously to deal with an issue with mice in our attic, and both times he was friendly, courteous, punctual, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Kevin for any issues you may have with pests in and around your home.

    squirrel

    I spoke with Troy on the phone and he explained to me how the procedure worked. They came to my house and found multiple holes on my roof. They repaired all the spots and did some preventive work for the future. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!
