I have found this company on Homestars and I was impressed with the good reviews. I have spoken with Adel and he provided a quote and extensive description of the services provided, followed shortly by email confirmations with details and pricing. Everything was exactly as quoted. The services were provided on time, professional, with care for details. In addition, Adel recommended a very good rug cleaning company. We were very impressed with their approach and professionalism. I recommend them wholeheartedly knowing they'll deliver. Keep up the good job team!

Excellent, reliable customer service from requesting a quote to having the service complete. The team is very friendly, thorough & knowledgeable. There were few challenges but Adel was able to provide some quick solutions. We highly recommend this service and will be passing along our recommendation to friends & family.

Careful about surroundings, cleaned after work inside and out, examined duct channels with light and phone, thorough, made sure of quote before work, answered questions, cleaned duct covers and furnace panels, covered all cut holes. Inside shoe covers used. Courteous.

I got the referral to 416-SO-Clean from Homestars and needed a quick turn around time. The company was able to accommodate this at very short notice by giving me an 8:00 am appointment on a Saturday. The technician was courteous, professional, good humoured and provided a number of tips to maintain my air quality. I found the price fair and competitive for the quality of the service provided and I will use them again and refer them.

Amazing experience - prime example of delivering above and beyond ! Quick turn around to accomodate a busy schedule. Showed up in time. Very friendly, professional and considerate staff. Cleaned up all ducts. Our service only covered 2 bathroom exhaust, I had 4 - they didn't even ask a single question and cleaned all 4 without charging extra ! Simply unreal how they treated us. Every businesss should take a page from this and learn. Very very satisfied and happy overall !

Amazing service! I contacted Adel the evening before I wanted the Duct Cleaning done and he was able to accommodate me by juggling another appointment. I found Air Force duct cleaning through Homestars and I would recommend them. I spoke with Adel who was able to walk me through the process and services provided in great detail. He was able to answer several questions that I had. Dino came to our house to do the cleaning and he was fantastic! He was so thorough, took the time to explain absolutely everything to us, and showed us some great tips and tricks as well. Although Air Force was not the cheapest quote I received, I was confident I would get a complete service for the amount I paid. Several companies I contacted could not give a concrete cost, some warned that the price could be higher depending on the actual amount of vents cleaned, and others had "bait and switch" type prices that seemed very low until you asked for more details (and the price increased significantly). There were no surprises with Air Force and I really liked that. They were very honest and transparent about their pricing!
