I am quite happy with the experience and wanted to write about their work. They were very professional. I called 416 so clean just 2 days before I need my duct clean and they were able to juggle appointment for me. The cleaner call and confirm if he can come earlier and I was okay with it. Past duct cleaning experience has been a long of long banging with cleaner hammering the crap out of the duct during cleaning and 3 or 4 guys trying to be in and out in an hour. When cleaner arrive, he was from Air Force, told me they are affliate of 416 and no issue as I know they have good review as well. Cleaner took his time to do his work and he worked alone. The job took about 2 hours and he repeatedly took picture to ensure it was fully clean. Cleaner also help clean the exhaust fan free of change and they were dirty (from previous house owner). Overall I thought they were easy to deal with and pricing is easy, one price based on size of house and no need to count vent. Highly recommend them.

The whole process from start to finish was organized and excellent, including booking, getting confirmation calls, getting heads up that the team was on the way, and the actual service. I am very happy with my clean ducts and dryer vent. There was a ton of dust and lint in them, and I feel much better knowing it is out.

The technicians were very friendly and professional. They called in advance to let me know their arrival time and took care when entering our home, not to damage/scuff anything and to wear shoe covers. During the duct cleaning we were shown pictures of the state of our ducts as the technicians progressed through their work. Afterward we were given an explanation of what work was done, maintenance instructions, as well as before/after pictures. All of our questions were answered as well. We will definitely call Air Force again and will recommend to others!

Discovered thru Home Stars, I sourced quotes from 3 suppliers. While Air Force wasn’t the lowest quote, they provided the most detailed explanation of their cleaning process and a written quote. They sent a reminder message and called before arriving. Technician was personable and knowledgeable. Work was done well and I believe more completely than previous supplier (post Reno) 6 yrs ago. Technician showed me before and after photos of my house ducts. Very pleased with process.

Our contractor recommended Air Force Duct Cleaning following our recent (and dusty) renovation. We wanted to make sure we were using a company that was reliable and qualified since we receive daily so many cold calls for air duct cleaning. The two employees were polite, clean and careful and did an excellent job.

The work was really impressive and the gentlemen who were onsite were so professional and organized. They got to work quickly, and they protected their shoes as well. This is a 3 story house and they really were efficient and great. I loved that fresh clean smell. Really impressed with your service. We will be calling back.
