We had Dave and his company come to install internal weeping tiles in our basement after a major flood last summer. Dave came, did an assessment of our problem, arranged for a structural engineer to come and assess and based on the engineers recommendations and Daves many years of experience gave us our recommendations and quote. When his team of workers came they were on time, worked hard at the job and completed the installation in the time quoted. The workers were pleasant and seemed to really enjoy their work. The ensured that they cleaned up at the end of each day and following completion. We were very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend DM Foundation.

Dave and his crew repaired a cracked footing at the front of our house. We found working with them was a pleasant experience. They were experienced, reliable, communicative and extremely professional. They provided us with good and honest advice. They completed the work efficiently and on budget. I would highly recommend this company.

Weve used DM Foundations for both waterproofing and foundation repair on our mid-century bungalow in McKellar Park. They dug out my attached garage and the old floor, repaired the damaged blocks, waterproofed and insulated, and had a new concrete floor poured. Theyre everything you would want a contractor to be-friendly, forthright, prompt, communicative and experts at what they do. I could go on. Jesse and the crew were amazing, and all the subcontractors used equally as professional. Thanks again guys!!!

excellent structural repair and repaired foundation was finished beautifully. couldn't have turned out better. would recommend for sure!

Had two vertical cracks in foundation. Dave came, assessed the cracks, determined the best course of action, and did the work. He did the work the same week I first called him with my concerns. Great job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend DM Foundations.

Contractor was clear about the work to be done. The work was done on time as planned. Contractor checked on work and workers regularly. Did follow up visits. All in all, very professional and friendly. Strongly recommend for work on garage floors.

Dave Marcotte of DM Foundations impressed me immediately by his depth of knowledge, his professionalism, and his understanding of exactly what I needed to have done. After that, I followed his advice to the letter and have not been disappointed. He and his crews showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would, and took as long as they said they would. They and Dave were also without exception polite and good-humoured. Our new garage floor looks great and I have every expectation that it will for years to come. The price was quite fair for the job they did, the confidence they inspired, and the service they provided.
