Dave did a fantastic job, knowledgeable and responsive. Full garage floor removal and replacement, also fixing a foundation crack. No problems start to finish. Gave useful tips on helping the curing process. Said he would come back after 28 days to seal, so that's great.

Dave came last fall and gave me a price with a possible change if cracks found. The job was to be done this spring and true to his word it was done as quoted plus they had to fix a huge crack in the wall with a small additional charge. If you need concrete work done this is the guy to call.

This was a small job compared to many that Dave and company do, but they fit it into schedule and did a very professional job. Their expertise in assessing the situation and recommending appropriate solutions shows through. As with so many of these things, not everything went perfectly, but they corrected and adjusted as needed. We had previous experience with them through a joint project with the neighbour, so when we ran into trouble on the other facing of the house, we would consider no one else for the job.

After several estimates, the knowledge, confidence and friendly approach of Dave convinced me to choose Marcotte Foundations. It was an excellent choice. With all four sides of the house needing to be dug up, I was understandably nervous. I had no reasons to be! Dave and his crew were efficient , careful, considerate of my comings and goings...from the materials used, the time well spent, cleanup...I could go on and on. Thanks to Dave and his crew - I live without any concerns about water in the basement! FYI...Dave was also the only contractor to wear his mask when he came to discuss my project :)

Dave Marcotte dug out a around a corner of my house to repair a leak 3 years ago. Dug to the footings and repaired the foundation from outside. They cleaned up the site so you’d never notice. It’s been dry as a bone ever since. I called him this year because there was a leak in a different corner. He was able to fix it from inside by injecting urethane at low pressure. Looks great and has a 10 year guarantee.

Water leaking in basement bathroom, contacted Dave Marcotte, asked that we take a few photos to send to him and then within a couple of days was at the house to take a look. Advised what he recommended in terms of crack repair, then waited about a week for his supplies to come in. He was able to fix the crack, have had lots of warm weather and snow melt since and no water has come in. Would highly recommend, he was very responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks very much Dave.

Dave was quick to come by our house to identify the issue and offer a solution. Once the materials arrived, the two cracks were filled by Jesse. They did an excellent job, and finished the project in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

Due to builders' lack of knowledge when my house was built 4 years ago, I had flooding in my basement. Dave was very helpful in diagnosing the issues causing the flooding and recommending the solutions. He has now completed the repairs and everything is very well done. On top of it, Dave is fantastic to deal with and the guys working with him were very friendly and courteous. I cannot recommend Dave highly enough!

This summer and fall Dave and his guys filled a number of cracks we discovered as we were renovating the basement, investigated water drainage issues, waterproofed, and repaired a poorly installed underground eavestrough drain. This was not our first dealing with Dave. He had done some waterproofing for us about 10 years ago, and a big job for my parents including installation of a sump pump about 3-4 years. We didn't even consider calling anyone else. Some of the guys that work for him today were working for him 10 years ago. He obviously treats them well, and everyone from the top down is courteous and conscientious. I highly recommend Dave Marcotte Foundations.

Both our arborist and engineer recommended Dave, so we went with him. It is quite the operation tbh - the dump truck and bins allow him to haul away earth very quickly (2 days), the damp proofing, insulation and backfill was done in a week. The following week the parging was completed, brought soil back to grade and our lives got back to normal. Dave replaced our lead pipe and when I called him about the garden water connection extension he was there bright and early on a Saturday, no complaints. Dave and his crew were a pleasure to have around the house. I have worked on crews before and these guys were not your typical construction crew, nice, polite, professional. I am happy to recommend them and we are very happy with the work.
