After a foundation crack was filled, I decided to install an egress window, mainly to allow more light into the basement recreation room. Due to covid, it took a while for things to get going, but, after getting a call on a Sunday afternoon, the wheels went into motion. Monday morning, a team was there to dig a trench and clear out the space for the window including a sub-contracted company coming in to cut the concrete in order to make room for the new window. On day two, the window was installed and the soil and grass were replaced as well as a steel guard to support the trench. Other than waiting for the window installer to come and fix a gap on the upper exterior of the window, everything appears to be 99% complete.

The problem with the house/garage foundation was assessed and I was given a description of what need to be done, when work was to begin and the cost. All materials were brought in and work started on the date agreed on. Everyone from the company was courteous and work was finished on time without any disruption to our household. Site was left neat and clean. Very satisfied with the work and professionalism of all concerned .

After heavy rains couple of months ago we found a very small water leak in our basement. After examination we found a very fine crack in the exterior of the foundation wall. We called 3 companies that do foundation repairs for quotes and finally selected Dave Marcotte Foundation. Our selection was based on their professionalism in dealing with the client and their prompt response to many of our questions in a satisfactory manner. We have an older home with a concrete block foundation. Ground water was leaking into the basement through cracks in our mortar. Dave and his team were great. They repaired the damage, replaced our weeping tiles, added a water proof membrane and a sump pump. Dave was easy to reach with any questions and his quote was very detailed and accurate. His team was friendly and really seem to enjoy their work. They got the work done quickly and repaired our lawn afterwards.

We recently had a foundation issue repaired. The team was really good from the start all the way through to the end of the process. The work was exactly as quoted. It was easy to get answers to our questions and there were no surprises with the job. The crew took the time to explain what they were doing and were very professional. They were also respectful of not only our property, but our neighbour's property as well.

Can't say enough great things, work was clean, organized- the guys were friendly and ward working. They made this big job look easy! Stayed right on quote, included a few things we hadn't asked for and adjusted for us. Finished on time and left things better than before! Highly rexommend- how refreshing to have work done with no surprises or headaches...
