    Great experience

    I am having an issue with a Napoleon Rogue 525 Natural Gas. My BBQ is not heating up properly. I spoke with George and I sent a picture of my connection and BBQ. He replied to me pointing an issue with my connection. He set up a meeting and showed up. He replaced the connection and made all tests to make sure I had gas pressure and everything else was working. He did an amazing job. Unfortunately the issue is with my BBQ not with the gas or installation. I recommend George.

    Great customer service

    George from gasguys was very helpful and he was accommodating with booking an appointment for us on a short notice. He was also very friendly and pleasant to deal with. He was also knowledgeable about the bbq. We are happy with our experience as our expectations were exceeded. Thank you George!!

    Gas Range Install and Hook up

    They arrived on time and finished the job quickly. Very professional and answered all of our questions. And they gave us many tips as well. I would definitely recommend gasguys

    Quick, good and easy

    George got back to me quick after leaving a message for him and installed the gas line a couple of days later. He explained everything including the how to prep my new gas range. Installation was neat and done right. Will reco George to anyone who asks. Nelson

    Hooking up natural gas bbq

    George was very prompt at replying and setting up a date. He was professional and very knowledgeable, he completed the job with no problem. I would totally hire them again!

    GAS LINE INSTALLATION

    George just finished an installation of a new gas line in my home. I cannot say enough good things about him. First and foremost his customer services skills are impeccable. His customer service started from my first email to the very end. he never lost contact with me or felt i ever had to follow up with him. Within a week of contacting him he set up an appointment for me. He came and did the work within 1.5 hours and then at the end of the appt walked through all the work he did and then told me how my bbq works and the different features. I was very impressed. Overall a great experience and would 100% use him again.

    Excellent Service for Natural Gas BBQ Connection

    George responded immediately to my initial request for a cost estimate, and he was able to schedule a service call for that same day. He arrived on time, and performed the requested work quickly. He also walked me through the work that he performed, and the steps needed to properly use the gas connection on my BBQ.

    BBQ line repair

    George was terrific to deal with from beginning to end -- extremely thorough and clear in his communication, and he was able to have the work done within 24 hours of me contacting him. Would happily recommend his services.

    Prompt, professional and courteous

    I needed a new BBQ hooked up to the natural gas feed. George called and emailed me back within about 12 hours of my messages. He then replied very quickly to further messages clarifying my deck situation. He booked an appointment for Saturday morning but offered to come Friday if I had the BBQ ready early. I called him Friday at around 4:00 and he was there within 45 minutes. George was knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone and/or use him again.

    Gas bbq hook up

    I contacted GasGuys through an internet inquiry. They called me back with 2 hours, and offered to come out to the house in 15 minutes. They installed the gas bbq quick connect on the existing line and tested the line to make sure it was safe and operating correctly. They were professional, courteous, and even gave me some advice for another installation within the house. Great GasGuys!
