    Timely, courteous and articulate

    Needed a gas line for our bbq -- George and his father did the work in timely fashion with no fuss and no mess. Various options were outlined to me, leading to an informed decision and an effective result. Quite happy.

    Has BBQ Hookup

    On time. Efficient. And helpful is the quickest description. George was knowledgeable and went above the gas connection to explain best practices for care of my BBQ. Thanks Gasguys for a great experience.

    Cooktop disconnection / reconnection

    Amazing work done by gasguys. Timely, friendly, responsive and we also got a great tour of our new cooktop's features at the end. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

    GasGuys Are Great!!! 10!!!

    George and his Dad... 10/10!!! Reliable, prompt, efficient, pleasant, competent, knowledgeable and responsive!!! Extremely professional!!! Highly recommend!!! My husband thought he was awesome. He arrived on time, removed his shoes and completed the work quickly.

    BBQ Gas Line

    George provided a honest customer service focused assessment of the problem with my natural gas bbq line. He is friendly and very timely in his follow up. I highly recommend George for any gas related work.

    Gas Leak repair

    When my wife and she other friends remarked on the smell of gas in our home, we called emergency services and they indicated it was a leak and shut down our gas service. I called gas guys.ca and George and his father came over the following morning. They were very through and knowledge and explained the work they were doing every step of the way. They were neat and tidy and took extra efforts to ensure the work was minimally invasive while they tried to find the leaks. They found and repaired all of the leaks. While doing so they had to disconnect our stove and, when re-connecting, the stove began to display the words 'bad line' in the digital readout. George took extra time to figure out what was wrong and he also called acquaintances to find out if they knew what the issue was. In any case, all of the problems were solved and we're so thrilled that we chose gas guys.ca. You will be too!

With gas leaks, I always try to explain the our customers that it may involve cutting open parts of the ceiling to make repairs to gas lines. More often than not it is a guessing game as to where to start and where to continue. We take precise measurements whenever possible to ensure we are not cutting more than we have to and keep it as neat and tidy as possible.     Gas line in backyard for BBQ - thorough is an understatement

    Sales process: I had to move the appointment a couple of times due to our own schedule (over e-mail) and George was very accommodating. Installation: on time and very thorough. The bbq could have been on either side of our backyard door, but I didn't want it on the side that was closest to the meter. George patiently explained the implications of that (cost, where the gas pipe would go up and across the backyard door etc.), so I felt confident that he would do a good job either way. The finished product was perfection. Looked like it was part of the house. He also uses metal pipes instead of a rubber tube for the gas line. Most importantly: I never had a fireplace before, so George literally spent at least another 30 minutes after the installation to explain to me how to winterize the gas fireplace (i.e. you don't need to), how to use it, safeties, mechanisms and how it works since I was paranoid about gas leakage due to pets at home. Price: extremely reasonable with the amount, quality of work, and very high service. Great service and thank you again, Gas Guys/George!

    Gas Stove Hookup

    I was very happy with the service we got from Gas Guys. After hooking up our new gas stove George gave me a full run down on how to use it. I was very impressed with his extensive knowledge. I would highly recommend Gas Guys. They are prompt, knowledgable, and friendly.

    BBQ Line Installation

    George was prompt replying to my emails, and gave detailed accurate estimates for the installation of about 25' of pipe from the gas meter to the deck/BBQ. I explained that I was expanding the deck, and he informed me where the pipe should be on the house brick. He also explained how to use the hose connection to my BBQ, which the installer/provider at my previous house did not...it was very helpful. Installation looks good, and you'd never know they were working in my yard - cleaned up. A fine job done by courteous professionals. Thanks

    BBQ Gas Line Installation

    George and his father came out to our house to tap off of the existing natural gas line to provide a hookup for our new BBQ. They showed up on time and provided good expert advice on the best place to locate the line which would fit in with our future renovation plans. He even provided tips and tricks for the new BBQ. I can't recommend GasGuys enough, they were fantastic.
