    Moved gas line & hooked up new range

    George and Gasguys.ca are excellent! We began a reno of our kitchen/main fl in November. At that time he came, moved the gas line and tagged it. He explained everything he did well and made sure all our questions were answered. He also came promptly and accommodated our schedule. Recently on a last minute phone call we had George back to finally hook up our new gas range. He again came promptly, and even explained some tips about our new range! We would most certainly recommend George to any of our friends and family. Thanks George! - Angelina & Enzo

    BBQ install

    George came quickly, did job on the spot, provided nice tips about maintenance of my gas bbq and the whole thing took about half an hour (also installed support for gas pipe that was shaky) Will not hesitate to contact George again if needed for all my gas needs.

    Gas line installation for range

    George was great! He was available as soon as we got our new stove, came when he promised and did a great job installing our gas line. He managed to get into our crawl space which has a tiny access: that must not have been easy or fun! He also changed an illegal connection to our water tank, now all our gas lines are to code! Thank you very much George!

    Service

    A new gas connector to our range was needed due to a Tag B issue from Enbridge gas. The service call was prompt and the work done was efficient. Thank you George!

    Repair gas leak and code infraction

    I would like to thank George for all the hard work he did to correct the code infractions and gas leak to allow my heat and hot water to come back on. He is a very professional and honest person. I would definately recommend him to anyone. Keep up the great work.

I am glad we were able to locate the main leaks and at least get your furnace and water tank back up and running. I find that honesty is the best way to conduct business. Many people will quote lower prices however when they show up and see the home, they start adding to their quotes based on what they find. I try to be as transparent as possible with our pricing and ensure there are no surprises. We have worked with enough homes to know what the key questions to ask over the phone before we arrive however sometimes we are also surprised with what we find.     Moving Of Gas Line

    Excellent service from George, helping me change my gas line from 1/2" to 3/4", no mess, no headaches. Took time to explain clearly to my wife what needs to be done. Really appreciate his help.

    repairing gas supply line leak

    George and his Dad should be called the Best GasGuys ! This is my first comment on Homestars. And like everyone else, I'm also giving the same comment about their outstanding work and customer service on finding and repairing a gas leak in my supply line ( got tagged by Enbridge ). I felt like going to school again when George starts teaching me how my furnace & water tank works. I also really appreciate him giving me maintenance tips, really giving me peace of mind.

    Gas range disconnect/installation

    Highly recommended! I needed my old gas range disconnected before the delivery, and George worked with my schedule to come and disconnect, then returned a few days later, the same day as the new range was delivered, to connect it. He took the time to program the time, show me how to use all aspects of my range, and explain how it all worked. He tidied up after himself, and was such a pleasure to deal with. He is incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and I will definitely hire him again if I need a Gas Guy! I've already recommended him to a neighbour. Thanks, George!

    Gas dryer hookup/installation

    George showed up on time, and did an exceptional job installing the dryer. He took great care in ensuring that the exhaust venting was correct and safe, and even offered to help carry the old dryer up and out of the basement. The price quoted over the phone matched up with what I paid, and he explained fully what each portion of the invoice was (flex hose, labour, etc.) Payment by Interac transfer is very convenient and I was happy that GasGuys offers that as an option as well as cash or cheque. Very happy with the service and quality of work and I'd call George back without reservation for any future gas work.

    improvement to gas stove

    A representative from Enbridge inspected our home, and he pointed out that the gas line to our gas stove had been installed improperly. He disconnected our stove and recommended that we call a gas fitter. The "Gasguys" came the following day; they were punctual, pleasant, efficient and neat. I highly recommend their service.
